Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very comfortable and clean! Felt at home. The staff were lovely! Walking distance to Keramas beach with beautiful rice terraces along the way. Air con worked well. Yummy breakfast. Staff were flexible in giving me a late breaky which was much appreciated. Set up nicely for surfers with board rack and plenty of places to hang up wet stuff to dry. The pool was nice and didn't turn my blonde hair green like some do. Will definitely be back.

The location is perfect, if you want to stay close to the beach. Clean room with a nice terrace and a very comfortable bed. The staff is super friendly and they serve a delicious breakfast. You can choose between Western, or two Balinese meals. The pool is small, but clean and refreshing.
