The smell of the water in the bathroom ,I know the water quality isn't good in some parts of Indonesia but the smell of the chlorine or watever chemical was overwhelming....

The water during showering was leaking to the floor so the bathroom was constantly wet. The location is very noisy (at least if you stay in the room facing the main street)

The staff was nice and breakfast was tasty with some great views to the harbour. The location is convenient and also easy to walk to the airport.

The aircon in the room wasn’t very powerful so room stayed hot and had the draw to stop the sun heating the room up more.

Stayed in a room that overlooked the water so nice views and very spacious room. Really good laundry service with our laundry returned the same day for a good price. Staff helped us organise onwards travel into Flores. Nice roof terrace with beanbags to watch the sunset.

Definitely a worn out hotel with a shower that doesn't have the best drainage.

Very spacious room with a patio. Good location with lots great restaurants around the harbour.

The lobby is on the second floor because downstairs is a warung so a bit confusing but otherwise okay (can't recall seeing a lift). The breakfast was also okay but not the choices on Booking.com so a bit disappointing.

Everything was okay and it was close to everything like the harbour, the restaurants, markets so its very good. Everything for the tourist is within walking distance so you can't complain about the hotel location. Excellent.

We booked a premium room. It was terrible. Only one of the electricity plugs worked, the room needed little fixing and shower water pressure was very low. We asked the staff to fix the shower, but it stayed the same. I asked for a second blanket, they didn´t have any extra ones. My husband tried to take a shower, but the water pressure didn´t even wash off soap, so he went to the reception second time to talk about the bad shower. This time they agreed to change our room and we even got a second blanket. Next day they offered us extra pancackes at breakfast, I guess to say sorry.

The plug didn’t work and the air conditioner goes slow, however it gets cool at the end.

The facilities are very basic, and the washroom was kind of small. But no complaints in particular.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of a very happy “happening" street. The harbour is walking distance as are several party places and shops. The room was very spacious and comfortable and we had a cute balcony as well. It’s barely 2 km from the airport which is rather convenient. And the breakfast is served on the roof with an amazing view of the harbour. The staff is extremely friendly as well.

The entrance is 2 flights of steep stairs so getting 2 x 30kg cases up them was hard but the staff came and helped abit.

The toilet was a bit smelly but clean. During my stay, the internet was not working most of the time. The tv is also not working.

I like the location, and their simple breakfast is delicious. Great place for a transit before our 3d2n live on board the next day.
