Wish there would be more food on the menu than instant noodles and frozen rice. The check in using the app makes it complicated for nothing.

there were some issues. the check in is slow and clunky. Everything is done through an app but this just makes it more inefficient rather than the outcome management is presumably after. The pods are not terribly soundproof - I could hear way more than I wanted to from the pod above. Also the blind on the small window was not a blackout blind. Lastly, all but two of the toilets had run out of toilet paper.

the location and price are great. I wouldn’t recommend if you are claustrophobic!

actually, it was my first time to choose capsule. The space was much bigger than my expectations, and it was clean, the staff is polite and this place is closed to airport. it is a good choice if you wanna live around the airport.

Some of the toilets couldn’t lock and some did not have toilet paper.

Front desk staff was very helpful. The pod was small, but very comfortable: big bed and a touch display to regulate the lights, have some relaxing background music. Perfect if you only need to spend the night to catch a flight the next morning, as it’s pretty close to the airport (but you will still need a taxi).

When the door closes, it locks very loudly. So around 4-5 am when everybody go to their morning flights, it sounds like a lot of doors slamming

The location of hotel displayed on booking was incorrect. I ended up going to another address and having to drive all the way back ( 30 mins). I entered the same name of the address and opened it on Google Maps instead of booking, but once again that address was also incorrect. Luckily my cab driver was able to find the place. My stay was overall really good apart from this inconvenience.

It’s a bit far from the airport, and there are no convenient shuttles etc, so factor in the cost of taxis when making your decision. There was a bit too much technology for me (you have to download their app, there is no manual option), and I couldn’t turn off the LCD control panel in the room - which was quite bright (this could be user error though)

If you’re comfortable with the pod format then you’ll love it here, especially if you like technology. Pods themselves are comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. Price is great.

Modern capsule accomodation, very good common showers with toilet paper and soap. Very good, if you want catch morning flight. It's 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Everything was super clean.

The checking process takes too long because the Wifi was super slow so couldn't even download the app from the Play Store. Took me more than 10 minutes to get into my room. The single rooms are too small for western people. If you have some baggage with you it is almost impossible to have some space for it. Good I only stayed one single night. The blinding curtains are not 100% blackout so they let in light very easily which makes it light in the room early already. The elevator sounds are very easy to hear in the room every time someone comes up or goes down.

Overall clean rooms and toilets, and comfortable showers. Location is relatively close to the airport.
