The reception was not staffed at night. I'm not sure if this is usual, but it would be good to have at least one person available in case of an emergency

Quiet place away from tourism. There are almost no people at the beach. You can borrow a board from the hotel and go surfing by yourself. Also, there is a free transport service during the day. All prices are fair, and the service is very kind, striving to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Litter on the beach, tour to the Secret Gili Islands was disappointing due to the amount of litter

Boni Beach Lombok is a beautiful Boutique hotel perfect for unwinding in beautiful surroundings. The whole setting is just picture perfect and the staff and owners are exceptional. They are the sweetest people ever and really made me feel at home. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again for the extra care they gave me. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our room was closest to the restaurant which got a bit noisy in the mornings.

Stunning, tasteful boutique hotel in a serene location. The atmosphere is intimate and the staff super friendly! The lovely owners have a created a beautifully designed place with great attention to detail and use of local materials and products. The food is excellent and the rooms and bathroom were extremely comfortable!

Literally everything! Excellent location, just a 30-minute motorbike ride west of Kuta, which feels far enough for most people to venture out to and in turn makes the location feel like a piece of paradise on the beach. Excellent staff. Well-trained, always smiling and ready to help with either the day-to-day stuff or organizing motorbikes, airport pick-up and drop-off, you name it. Extremely clean. Great food and drinks. Honestly, I could go on for ages...

The pool was great to have, though a bit cosy sized for more than a couple of groups of guests.

The rooms were just about perfect with every detail thought through, so stylish and super clean and comfortable. The whole place has a calm and relaxing vibe. Staff were always helpful and ready to assist with requests on WhatsApp anytime. The free shuttle to the nearby beach and neighbourhood restaurants was very convenient.

Loved everything - beautiful peaceful hotel with amazing staff, good and pool. Building itself is stunning and very natural with every last detail planned from exterior to interiors - right next to local beach with free shuttle to Selong Balanak beach where sand is smooth and surf good. The Boni team went above and beyond to organise cars and help with early checkout. Highly recommend and would definitely be keen to return when next headed to Lombok 🥰

Too far for a trip to the haven, for the Gilis-islands or mountain.

Our stay at Boni Beach in the south of Lombok was delightful. The refreshing pool, the delicious breakfast (and the hamburger recommended for lunch or dinner), and the exceptionally friendly service made our experience extra special.

Breakfast lacked flavor and scope somewhat. Was a B to A+ of everything else. Outdoor bathroom might not be for everyone.

Wow great design at this new stylish hotel. Strong AC, ceiling fan, huge comfy bed makes for good nights sleep. Really enjoyed staying here and the free shuttle to neighboring Selong Balanek beach icing on cake. Staff very friendly, nice and helpful.

Nothing - can't fault it.

This boutique hotel is incredible and by far the best place on the island. Having visited and stayed at a number of the other resorts, Boni is by far the pick. Set in a beautiful and accessible location by the beach and a surf break, you're close enough to a bunch of activities whilst 40mins away from Kuta if you feel you need to go there. The hotel is fantastically styled, very comfortable and the staff are amazing. The food is excellent, and you're only a walk or a couple of minutes car ride away from other restaurants. They offer a free immediate car rides when you want to travel to the other beach or trips around the area.

Absolutely everything! Stunning hotel with every detail so well thought out and appointed. From the delicious fresh breakfast, must have ravioli, fab selection of wine and cocktails to the tea selection provided in the rooms. Tiny stroll to a stunning beach and surf out front Extremely helpful friendly staff, and in-house massage on point… The owner even going into town to get medication for my partner You really don’t need to leave…. Wow! Three things set this place apart. The food, delicious by any standard but it’s amazing the quality in this remote setting. Best breakfast and coffee I’ve had in Lombok. The design, every detail was gorgeous. The staff!! I’ve never been so looked after. The friendliest and most attentive people I’ve met in my travels.

Nothing really. It was a perfect stay for us. Just maybe replace the used towels at the poolside after people used them.

Everything! It’s just such a beautiful boutique hotel. Best food and drinks in the area but the staff is also happy to drive you to any of the nearby restaurants. Wonderful and happy staff, always ready to help. I slept so well. At night you just hear the sounds of the jungle and the cows in the area. I would def come back and have the rendang taco + boni sour!
