Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Delta Casa is truly a dreamlike accommodation in the middle of the jungle, yet not so secluded that you feel cut off. We were able to shake off the hectic feeling from our stay in Ubud center very well here. The cottages are tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail, and perfectly equipped. The host was very helpful and friendly, always available when needed. The breakfast options are delicious and brought to your terrace in the mornings. The nature surrounding the tiny house is breathtaking, and you could easily spend a whole day just relaxing on the bean bag in front of the house! We felt very comfortable, thank you very much!

Beautiful!!😻 the view is breathtaking. The tiny villa has everything inside! The TV has Netflix&other things all has paid user and can see free movies 🍿. The staff were so great and helpful. I needed laundry and they don’t have but they managed to take it outside the property to clean and bring it back!😍 How wonderful is that! It changed my whole experience. It’s one of the best villas that i ever seen, highly recommended. Thanks to the owner for their attention to details and thanks to all of the staff for their excellent service.

GermanySome things were missing. For example, there were only two big towels; no face towels nor medium size ones. Considering how humid the island is, once you get a shower, you have to dry your face/mouth with the same wet towel. No kitchen cloths at all, no swimming pool. I would recommend that a couple more pillows/cushions were added to the bed. In general, the things that you would miss while staying here are quite easy to solve. I would say I am judging this place hard because this was our third lodging/hotel in the area, and value for money... this one wasn't up to the expectations compared to the other places.
The view from the entrance of the villa is lovely and the infrastructure is quite cute and different from what you usually see out there.

GermanyActually a pro and con in one, as it’s remote and in an quiet none touristy area it’s super peaceful, inspiring and dreamy. Con a scooter is needed to go everywhere/ get food and drinks. It would have been nice if the houses had a drinking water supply, ordering water via Grab was pretty inconvenient.

Beautiful aesthetics, unique vibe. I loved it! One night was great for me. Intimate as only 3 villas. The staff was fabulous when checking in and checking out, other than that I didn’t see them. Perfect for a 1 night experience. When it rained it was beautiful with the patters on the window.

The A-frame villas are exquisite - well designed, clean & provide an environment that was conducive to total relaxation but also to get into a good flow with my work (which I do remotely) The service I received from the Delta Casa team was nothing short of World-Class and all my needs were met from the very beginning. A solid 10/10. I cant wait to come back!

NorwayI can’t begin to describe how magical our stay at Delta Casa in February was. Tucked away in the jungle we really felt that this was a special Bali experience that not many people know about. The villa was absolutely stunning and the staff were incredible. They have all the amenities you need for a long stay and breakfast can be ordered and delivered to your door. We woke up every morning to a view of the jungle and the sound of birds and chickens. It was truly the most relaxing stay and a highlight of our trip to Bali. Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking great care of us. We will definitely be back again.

GermanyWe had many power outages, this could get solved, like the owner told us at our departure. One more disadvantage of living in the jungle: we had many insects around us, even with closing the windows right after check-in. Maybe a mosquito net for the bed could be a good solution.
We enjoyed the private and quiet surrounding. The villa is well equipped and comfortable with a very nice view and they look exactly like in the pictures. The owner was friendly and seemed to be always there for us, if wished. We used their laundry service: fast and clean! For food we tried the recommended delivery service which was tasty and fast at our villa. Downtown Ubud can easily be reached with Gojek and Grab.

IrelandA few things: The drainage in the bathroom is terrible. The water from the shower would flood the entire floor, soaking the bathmat and pool at the base of the toilet so your feet were wet every time you use the toilet. Housekeeping only comes every two days apparently, so you had to use the soaking bathmat and deal with a very wet floor until then. All the food wastage and packaging from the breakfast included (or any food you get delivered) has to stay lying around for two days until your room is cleaned. Ants are everywhere in the wall cladding and we found ants falling from the ceiling and walls above our bed (they do provide you with bug spray but we just kept finding them everywhere). The curtains up in the bedroom provide no light blockage at all because they fall completely away from the windows so the light shines directly into your face in the mornings. There was no welcome system when we arrived, or no information sheet about how things work around the property. A young man sort of just showed us to our cabin and referred us to a QR code if we were hungry. No body told us which phone number to use to organise food or anything to do with the property until 2 days in. The only phone number that I could find was apparently the incorrect phone number… We weren’t told what we could order for breakfast or what time breakfast is served until 11:30pm after we had already gone to bed, so when we woke up we had missed the 9am breakfast delivery time (I will note that they did accomodate a later breakfast for us when I mentioned the issue). The 3 breakfast options that are included are not very enticing and not very breakfasty, especially considering they have a very extensive menu available to order from their onsite kitchen (paid). The ‘mini mart’ that is onsite doesn’t sell water or any necessities and closes super early so you have to walk a long ways up the street to find water.
