Bathroom had a slight smell, nothing a freshen doesn't fix. A few more pool chairs and updated mats would be great.

These are not complaints, just things i noticed Room does not have ceiling lighting, just 3 lamps, so quite dark Pillows were hard Pools open until 9pm, but no lighting around pool area Pool areas a little unkempt, paved areas need weeding, staff not as particular with gardening, as other hotels I've stayed at No "do not disturb signs in rooms"

Location is everything, 1 minute walk to main street, in central Sanur, quiet, older Balinese style hotel, clean, huge room & bathroom, air con great, comfy bed, not too hard, 2 big pools, basic but lovely breakfast included, staff friendly & helpful, great price for money, will definitely stay again

Beautiful gardens with 2 pools. Large Room and very clean with towels changed each day. Brekkie adequate. Easy Walk to beach, many good restaurants etc. Very quiet (no street noise ) and relaxing stay by the pool. Great Hotel for the price.

If I have to mention something I didn't like it has to be breakfast which is a bit, but for this price you shouldn't expect a very excellent breakfast

The toilet was broken, but the staff helped us, so we get another room.

Well, this is not the Ritz, the place has its flaws... The rooms and common areas could use a renovation, that's a fact. However, in terms of value for money, I think the place is quite good. Centrally located in Sanur, close to everything. The staff is extremely helpful, the breakfast is simple but tasty. Overall I recommend the place.

As I’ve indicated the breakfast could have had a little more variety.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and grounds were amazing. I thought the breakfast was good but there could have been a little more variety. I loved the old feel of the architecture of the buildings. The location was right next to all the amenities and the beach. Overall I was pleased with the stay and would return again. There’s a great little club just down the street called the Wicket Parrott. Great local band!

Great value traditional style hotel in fantastic location. Clean with all required amenities. Two lovely pools set amongst gardens. Good breakfast. Central to great restaurants, shops. 15m walk to beach. Staff were great, extremely helpful. Second visit. Love staying at the beautiful Bumas Hotel.

It was older, more traditional in style. I liked the architecture. Made me feel more connected to the Balinese. The grounds were well designed for the heat as were the buildings. Loved it. The pools, the brekky, the arrival at check in late at night all handled with grace and politeness. Not one grumpy staff member 😀

There was nothing not to like.

For that proce this place was amazing! If you look for something fancy and new it’s not for you. If you like it rustic, clean and don’t mind a bit old bathrooms then it’s perfect.
