Not related to the hotel but we Found a driver outside who we used. Marcos must be new to the tourist driver because once he took us where we asked he wanted to take us back to Sanur. Even though we booked him for 4 hours.

Pool was nice. Could find shady spot. They had a lot of Sun lounges, and as usual some people reserve them for hours and also pool noodles for guests to use (some guests hog them like pool chairs, and take back to room) Rey. Ice breakfast cooked as ordered.

Can't really complain about anything except the wi-fi the network was weak especially when in the room. I was told it is not guaranteed in the room when i said i had no connection. They re booted and it was better but outside mainly. If it's important you could buy your own data while there! But it's good to disconnect

Great location staff were able to communicate well. Friendly atmosphere, peaceful and calming. Was not noisy and there was drivers available for day trips or airport pick up or drop off. It is within good distance to the beach but I had a push bike that I rode around sight seeing locally including the beach. Good restaurants nearby along with plenty of shopping. Loved it planning my next trip soon.

Breakfast could have more options. The bathroom is old and dated. The bath towels were a bit worn.

The bedding was a blanket sandwiched by two sheets, which was a little bit off putting as I doubt the blanket would have been washed often.

It was in a fantastic location right off the Main Street. Despite this, it was nice and quiet. The pool was also really nice and very warm.

unfortunately we both got Bali Belly on the 2nd day so miss a whole day but staff were very good. Wayang in the dining room was lovely and the breakfast was great. very close to main road but still couldnt here any traffic noise so a relaxing stay. easy walk to beach and lots of cafes & restaurant close by.

One guy working in the reception was avoiding the guests, and he looked sick. Very weird that we needed to hassle him to make him show up. The floor in the rooms could be more clean and the showers need to be updated. In our first superior roo., the shower get flooded if uou shower for too long.

Make sure to book deluxe huts since superior are more run down. You've got spacious rooms. The breakfast was great. The hotel is close to the main street with many restaurants in the area.

Beautiful spacious bungalow in a luscious garden. The beds were so comfortable. We slept like babies. Quite location only a short stroll to the main street. Lovely personal and great value for money. We had breakfast in the room rate. Nice pool with sun chairs and comfortable lounge cushions.

I'm ok but if you were elderly the stairs would be a bother for some. Booking sites should indicate the the "clearance" rooms require access via stairs

Pool was a good size and plenty of lounge chairs as well as shade. These days, pool must have areas of shade at all times. Breakfast was good and staff most friendly.

Booking.con say the hotel provides complimentary shuttle within Sanur. When I asked they told me this was no longer the case and the driver they have on site was not an employee. He wasn't using a meter just naming a price. Better to use Bluebird taxi

The wifi inside the room didn’t work and the bath room needs to be renovated. However, it doesn’t change the fact that we would stay again.

We loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location, our room was spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful.
