Towels and pillow case are dirty , some even has hole on it , Beth room tub is too high that we have to climb in and out, It's very dangerous to step out of the bathtub for kids and old people. The water coming out of the kitchen faucet is very, very small, too small that It takes 2 minutes to wash a bowl…. If you want your guests to save water, then you are using the wrong method. The car that took us to the airport had no refrigerant and the air conditioner was completely broken. During the entire traffic jam, we were sweating and drinking water, We had to open the car windows to avoid heatstroke. All my points are for the house keeping and customer service staffs .

Would have been nice to have little things.... like tea n coffee supplied. Kitchen supplies are minimal... but they brought us extra when we asked. We also found it a little difficult to climb over the bath to use the shower.... you will see in the pictures. Whilst we were ok we had an older couple with bad knees who struggled to get over the bath. There was no reception... only security who were unable to understand English. We were given a wattsapp number that we could contact anytime and all our needs were met very promptly... so we were thankful for that

This is a really spacious villa.... so much room and a great sized swimming pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very roomy. The bed mattress is sooo comfy. We would definitely use this villa again as we know how it all works with reception etc.

The villa is more spacious than you think with a nice sized swimming pool, much better than some other villas around. The living room is huge and so are the bathrooms. All super clean. Great beds. Location wise superb, 6 mins walk from Revolver, 8 from Seminyak square. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff is quick to reply and friendly

The managers were very kind to let us have early check in and always quick to reply with any quietude we had. The villa itself was beautiful - the bed, the most comfortable we have stayed in bali. Lots of space and great value for money, very central to everything

Pool had missing tiles the doors didn't slide to well kept getting caught up no toilet in main area so had to go through one of the rooms to use a toilet but even saying that but was still good

Great set up for little kids can lock doors to stop them going near pool. Close to the main spots around seminyak and not far from kuta/ legion

our hot water wasn’t really working the best the manager was hard to contact on WhatsApp had to go to the staff multiple times for towels etc also a bad smell in our bathroom they also didn’t supply bottles of water for the bathroom to brush our teeth

very convenient close to main strip and shops lounge room and kitchen was pretty big and awesome size bedrooms and aircon were great very comfortable beds

The tiles in the pool were all loose and the front of the villa looks really bad compared to the inside

loved everything about our stay! From the size and comfort of the bedrooms and living space to the massive pool. The layout was amazing and the staff were all super friendly and helpful in drop offs and organising in day trips. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

The villa is starting to get tired. It wouldn’t take much work to make it 5 starts again - a few repairs and paint and it’s done. We are not fussy so we loved it. Major drawback which resulted in loss of star For me is the hot water - rarely works and when it does it only goes for about 60seconds. It’s so warm in Bali though you hardly need it. We swam in the pool instead mostly. The other reason for loss of star was communication. I tried for 2 days to ask about airport pickup or some sort of acknowledgement that I was arriving. They never replied. We arrived at midnight so I was stressed about how we would check in. They have 24hr security - but I had no idea until I got there.

Great location and overall lovely villa. Staff were nice but to get any proper service you had to call and they came from a different location. Basic service to be fair. The pool was great and the villa beautiful - just needs some basic upkeep

The villa is looking tired and needs a bit of work. On arrival the bed sheets were dirty. Reported to staff who acted quickly to change. The hot water did nit work correctly in the batch room so 90% of the time we had a cold shower.

Had to ask for the rooms to be serviced. Kitchen facilities very poor not even a toaster. Lack of amenities in the bathroom, not even a bottle of water to clean your teeth. Grass was very unkempt. No mosquito coils had to ask for spray. No receptionist, just a security guy at the front desk. All in all we were very disappointed with our stay this time compared to our previous two stays there. Will never stay again or recommend.

The location is excellent, we had stayed at this property prior to Covid. Hence the reason for returning, however things where not up to the standards previously.

It wasn’t cleaned very well, there was hair and dirt all over the floors and under the couches. Lots of mosquitoes in and out of the Villa. The pool had so many loose and broken tiles through out, the Villa as a whole looks nothing like the photos. They are either from when the property was new or have been photoshopped. They need to put window covering in for the living space, the sun is so bright of an afternoon you need to put towels on the floor as the glare off the tiles is so bad.
