The WiFi in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and large balconies offering stunning views of the beachfront. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of the beach, making it convenient for leisurely strolls or enjoying the sunsets.The staff, including the owner Alberto, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.If I had to provide any constructive feedback, it would be to improve the wifi coverage within the rooms. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall wonderful experience. Everything else about my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation by the sea.

Menu needed a wider range and or a couple of different things daily, change it up a bit, and maybe some grilled sausage with breakfast menu, it was nice though

Staff were awesome, the best and we miss them , location perfect, it was my birthday and our bed had happy Birthday in flowers such a beautiful touch and smelt amazing. Great wifi and air-conditioning in rooms. Very comfortable. Loved the complimentary coffee ☕️ and our meals on the beach. We will definitely be back

There is no fridge. The room was not that clean. There arent many options for breakfast

Staff if supernice, we really loved staying there. Its around 30 min from the harbour. Wifi was working properly, food was very good. Its directly next to the beach and they keep it very clean. It was one of the cleanest area we have seen

I really can not fault anything about Cafe Alberto . From the ideal location to the wonderful staff and the excellent food it really is very to fault . Our third visit won’t be our last .

We love everything about Cafe Alberto however the wonderful staff are the greatest thing about staying. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay special . Being a family run business every one feels like one big family and they won’t the guests to feel welcome and part of the extended family.

Only 1 negative: WiFi is Not really working in the rooms, but it does work in the dining areas!

I liked everything about this place: Friendly staff, Always perfect service (renting Motorbike or organizing Transport), comfortable rooms, amazing Pool, very nice dining areas with seaviews. Relaxing vibes. The Food was also very good.! I would always come back with pleasure!

Nothing it was perfect. Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t great but was fine in the restaurant and pool area.

We loved everything about our stay at Cafe Alberto. This was the perfect place for us to recover from our Rinjani trek for a few days. The staff could not be kinder and more helpful and there is a genuine sense of this being a family business that truly wants their customers to feel at home whilst staying here. We enjoyed breakfast at the property every day, with a fantastic view of the beach and the food was exceptional, as were the other meals that we took there. The pancakes were the best we have had in all of our travels. Our room was perfect with a fantastic sea view and comfy bean bag chairs, with everything that we could need and the inclusion of tea, coffee and water for guests is a lovely touch, as is use of included loungers on the beach. The beach is great for swimming all day and the pool is wonderful. We also enjoyed the rooftop massage and would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Raden and Mita as well as all of the other staff who contributed to making our stay perfect. We would have loved to stay for longer but sadly it was not surprisingly fully booked.

Room had a strong smell, could not pinpoint this but assumed it was mustiness or bug repellent, it was a bit off putting. Comfortable bed but the room could have done with a refresh of decor and room cleaning could have been a little more in-depth before arrival as some towels did not appear freshly prepared. The tiles were also grubby. Fundamentally it just needed a deep clean and that was a shame given the location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, had a sea view and the balcony looked out straight onto the beach; a lovely sunset view right on your doorstep. Very close to Senggigi and was walking distance to some shops and restaurants.

People make this place "The Best in the world!" Alberto & Alessandro (under the guidance of Mr Giuseppe) deliver an unbeatable value proposition. The staff is well trained and go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Extremely warm and hospitable customer service. Beach front property, direct access to a clean beach. Clean rooms with huge comfortable bed, thoughtfully curated menu, different areas of seating and relaxing based on your mood, a nice pool to soak in. Other services like laundry, taxi etc are easily available upon request.

Everything!! Look I don't really write reviews but I've maybe stayed in a few hundred places all over the world. In all kinds of accommodation from hotel /hostels/ and 5 star resorts and I can honestly say this it's awesome. I can honestly said the photos don't do it Justice.(I really think they should do better new pics of the outside beach/pool/seating / restaurant they are even better in real life then the pics they have on booking.com ) The staff were all awesome, they all learn your name like every single staff member will remember your name and greet you with your name everyday ...so nice and kind )room 4 ocean view from room (in bed) The private balcony is clean and nice 100% would stay again. Ps bed is hugeeeeeeeeee and comfy

Everything was really very nice- the room with the big bed, the bathroom, the balcony, the amazing view…. The service was excellent. Same as the food. The whole place was very clean. The people there are lovely. I can definitely recommend and i would always come back!!!

Everything! The staff (family run) were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spacious with a fabulous sea view. The restaurant was excellent and the pool wonderfully relaxing. Would highly recommend.
