Nothing is there which i didn’t like

It’s a beautiful property right in between rice fields but very close to Ubud market and nice restaurants. But the most important is manager of property Mr. Wayan and his wife. They are so nice and take care of all the needs and wishes of guests. I had an early morning flight and Mrs. Wayan prepared breakfast for us at 5:00 am and we asked her not to make as it’s very early but she is so nice that she prepared breakfast for us. That’s how caring she is. I am definitely gonna recommend this beautiful property.

We were happy with our stay, but some pointers for other tourists: this place is not for you if you are a light sleeper.. there are roosters and ducks who work in shifts to make sure everyone is awake at almost every hour of the day.. you either appreciate these sounds or get disturbed - thats up to you the location of the property is great but there is a walking path that leads from the main road to the property which can either be walked or done on a scooter.. if you dont have experience with riding a scooter, get a Grab scooter ride the shower has less pressure and the bathroom floor gets a bit slippery

room: we stayed on the upper floor room which gives a panoramic view of the entire area.. location: very good among the rice fields.. sunset view from the hotel room.. some restaurants nearby bed: comfortable amenities: bathtub, shower, AC, safe, mini bar food: we had breakfast here and the omelette was really really good staff: friendly and helpful there were no power failures when we stayed

Very quiet location 15minute walk from Ubud with amazing views. Fantastic room, very comfortable and an amazing shower. Breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend the banana pancakes!

The property is located 900m from the main road. You should be able to contact property to organize the pick-up for you. Then it will take 10-15 min to get to the property. Propose to rent a scooter to avoid long walks :). But surrounding is very beatifull.

The room was big, organized, clean. Breakfast was OK, it is served on nice terase surrounded by rice fields. Very peaceful, lot of animals, nature, ...

To get there from the main road, you have to walk or bike 1km through a narrow road with sharp turns and broken tiles in some sections. Would be better if they provide free drinking water as we have to carry the load of water bottles uphill from the shop to the hotel.

Surrounded by rice fields and peaceful compared to the busy street of Ubud. Very helpful staff, great breakfast - they even customized it based on our dietary restrictions and provided boxes for take-away.

The location is stunning, villa was clean, comfortable, with a nice spacious bathtub. The views and serenity were unparalleled, and the walks to and from central Ubud were one of our favorite memories. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved feeding the Koi fish too.

The big plus is the staff, who are so kind, pleasant and helpful you never want to leave! There are a couple of issues, however - such as slightly ineffective a/c on really hot days, and the view south from the villas has sadly been tainted by an ugly new building at the adjacent property (but looking north from the breakfast area the rice fields are beautiful). Getting used to driving the narrow path on a rental bike was a learning curve, but it got easier. Worth it for the peace and quiet! WiFi is very, very erratic.

the owners are super friendly. I arrived at 11.45 pm and the owner then got out of bed to pick up my suitcase on the road because no cars can come, but therefore also the peace and quiet around the accommodation, which is located in the middle of the rice fields. breakfast was included with my stay and I had several choices. the eggs arrived so fresh from their own chickens. my private house even had its own outdoor kitchen on the patio. I did the hike on Mount Batur and had to be ready at 2 a.m. and the owner got out of bed to ensure that the right person came to pick me up and when I returned my breakfast was freshly ready.

distance from Ubud central. it’s a long walk - but that’s the trade off for such peaceful and idyllic surrounds.

Excellent location - quiet and peaceful, great views of rice paddies. Rooms - fantastic accomodation. spacious rooms with great views Service - service was excellent. friendly staff. Breakfasts - delicious. plates of fruit with 7 different fruits.

The property is a little outside town and only accessible by foot or motorbike, the staff are great and will take you to main road for pickup and drop off upon check in and check out. The staff are great and cleaned the room every day and breakfast was amazing with a huge bowl of fruit and a choice of entree. At first we didn’t like the location because it wasn’t in the center but after the first day it became our favorite stay in Bali. The location was so beautiful and had a full kitchen

Location a bit far for my wife to walk, but other than that, it was excellent.

Hosts were very caring, and supportive of my wife who has arthritis by collecting her with their scooter and ensuring our room was on the ground floor. Breakfast was fantastic and the restaurants nearby were very good.

Great stay! Our room had a lovely view of rice fields, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off on hot afternoons. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of. It was definitely one of my best stays ever.

The mattress was very hard, and only a sheet was provided, no blanket or quilt. Beware that this location is only accessible via scooter or walking, which is not nice in the heat with baggage, but nice otherwise.

Amazing scenery and gardens. More beautiful than the pictures. Helpful hosts. Would come back. Pleasant walk to villa including artisan shops, restaurants and cafes. Lovely big bath and great pool.

The location between the rice fields was amazing! The friendly staff picked us and our luggage up with the scooter. This is because the last part is not accessible by car. The villa looked amazing and the facilities were great. We loved how warm and helpful the staff were and the breakfast was the best we ever had! Thank you so much for our stay! :)
