The villa was very new and beautifully furnished. The pool looks small in the pictures, but it isn't. It is perfect even for more than 2 people. We especially appreciated the water server and the bathroom. On the cleanliness side, everything was spotless. The staff is superb, extremely kind and accommodating. The villa is located in a quiet area, but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak that you can walk to various night life spots. You will need a scooter to reach the beach though.

The property itself is great, I have no complaints. The area it is in is central but I didn’t like walking it as it felt unsafe but I think that’s just Seminyak as a whole as it’s like a city & it’s located in a back street off the main strip. You want to be on a mode of transport majority of the time. The Sheridan is just up the street so it is very central.

Private, quite central, stylish, lots of storage options, fully equipped outdoor kitchen/BBQ pool area with a guest toilet. Aircon & ceiling fan in the bedroom, so much storage plus safe. The bathroom is enclosed so no heat from the outside. There is a large fan of the pool area lounger & nice night lighting (pool towels provided). Body wash & shampoo provided but no conditioner. Everything was very comfortable and clean 👌. 🏃🏼 There is a local store across the street or a mart up the street, plus a surfer-style cafe up the street. You can walk to nearby stores on the main strip, Potato Head is super close (I would just Gojek as the streets are quite hectic & it’s hot 🥵(download the app it’s like Uber for everything). The villa staff were always friendly, they msged prior to arrival on WhatsApp to check checkin times. The villas are all separated by paths around them so we never heard noise & are very private. We found it quite spacious & the pool was nice cool tempts. It had everything you need! Nearby Recommends: ‘La Lucciola’ Italian but doesn’t look it, looks Bali/Hawaain like a resort right on the beach front (10min ride) if you want to sit at the beach for a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner or sunset it’s beautiful. Next to it across the car park is ‘Mano Beach House’, it’s beautiful, also on the beach front & modern with a small pool.

The bedroom aircon would turn off every morning at 2am, which then woke us up because we got too hot without it on.

It was very clean, relaxing and the perfect place for a couple! The staff were always so friendly and always smiling!

Aircon wasnt super powerful but it wasn't a big issue- worked as well as needed.

Room was very clean and spacious with good kitchen facilities and the pool was a great addition and very clean! The bedroom was upstairs, again very clean and fresh with a big tv and access to the apps. Also a separate bathroom with both bath and shower facilities as well as an additional toilet in the downstairs living space. We only stayed for one night before leaving for the airport early in the morning so did not have breakfast. Location was excellent- a short walk to the local beach and a short moped ride away from Seminyak shopping centre (gojek app is super easy, cheap and reliable). Tattoo studio close by that was very good. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance too.

Nothing I could really complain about but if there was anything , the air con just couldn’t keep the room cool enough for us. But while we were in Bali it was extremely hot and humid so was probably just that. Plus we got sick and had a slight fever/hot flushes , having the fan on just blew the hot air down on us more

Very clean, comfortable and the fact there was a water dispenser was a life saver! Had absolutely everything we needed in the Villa including little extras like hair dryer and Netflix on the TV. Had the floating breakfast as a treat on our last morning and it was beautiful!

There are convenient store nearby and it is located in the heart of seminyak. You can order food delivery easily. The villa is big, clean and comfortable. They provide drinking water. Would definitely go back again.

We requested to get a flower bathtub experience which was so beautiful, however, we ended up not going into the bathtub as it was full of dead insects/worms from the flowers.

The villa was so pretty and the private pool was amazing! Breakfast was good and was served in the room every day. The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed, and the fact that they have a WhatsApp chat is super helpful!

Ants on both the first and second levels. The door to the bedroom was difficult to lock. Rain shower’s pressure too low.

Warm and friendly service. Very near to the beach but have to walk through a narrow dark back path. Bedroom on second level was comfortable. The pool was lovely, a good size!

it's a bit far from the Main Street but the taxi is easy to get to go.

The property is clean and pleasant. The pool is big enough to swim and all the necessities are provided. There're a couple of cafe nearby to eat. The villa is spacious and as shown in the photos. We really enjoy the stay here.

Lack of natural day light in the bedroom. The bath tub wasn't working in our villa.

It was so spacious and kitchen area is very well equipped and even had water dispenser which is extremely useful. The staff are great. The villa has 2 bathrooms and a mini pool. Bed is comfy and bathroom is big. The location is very good and quiet, but in return you need like a 10 mins walk to the main streets with shops

The villa doesn’t seal, the windows had lots of gaps which allowed mosquitoes and other bugs to easily enter the room we were needing to purchase bug spray often to ensure we weren’t getting eaten alive whilst we slept. The villa’s can also be noisy, we had neighbours that loved a 1am party for part of our stay it did literally sound as though they were in our villa with us.

The villa is modern, beautiful and immaculately clean. All of the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed that the pool was much cooler than others on our trip it meant that we actually could cool off. Very convenient location especially if you are confident on a scooter, which villa staff kindly helped us organise for our stay.
