We had 2 stays in our trip. The noise from self closing doors from other rooms late at night & early mornings was an issue for sleeping. The bathroom in our second stay needed renovation, poor water pressure, dirt in water and corroded tapware.

We were at the road end of the resort and the music from Fat Buddah across the rd was sooo loud !!! Played till 11-30 every night .

Fabulous location , beautiful big room. 2 pools, we used the Beach house pool which was fabulous . The staff all over the resort were lovely, very attentive . Breakfast was good . The gardens are spectacular !!! Right across the rd from the beach .

The property was very central to everything we wanted, shops at the back and beach at the front. The workers were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast very disorganised- no table numbers so waiter did not know where to deliver coffee or food. Also coffee order took up to 45 minutes. Most time finished breakfast. Don’t like shower over baths- too dangerous to get out of

Everything was all I expected it to be. Rooms clean at all times and hop skip jump to the pool. Breakfast was great with lots of variety to have. Excellent service in the kids club so Thankyou very much.

We had a cracked tile in bathroom where smelly water would come up when stepped on, resort appears to have some structural problems as doors in all areas had dropped and not level. Sliding door when closed had big gap at top so sound & insects could get in.

The pool location is central so everyone looks over the pool or sits at the bar overlooking pool. One night we ordered drinks (at the beach house bar) ask the waiter to confirm which were kids mock tails and which were cocktails, he said no these are no alcohol, and gave the cocktail to the kids (8&2 years) who drank half, then when the. Ext two drinks came we said, why does that drink look like the other and he said on no that one is a cocktail. Seriously not something you can get wrong.

Great location and the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The customer service for the front desk and breakfast was super.

We had a pool access room, for the price it's not worth it. The bedding and towels are very worn, no obvious water refill station, tea/coffee selection abysmal. The restaurant food was ordinary, and the many staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.

The hotel is in a great location, nice swimming pools, easy access to the beach and shopping, restaurants, night life everything on the doorstep.

Checkin was supposed to be 3pm but didn’t get our room til 4.30. We were provided with late checkout from my request due to inconvenience til 2pm 😊

Confusing with 2 aircons in the room and one only working.

Front pool near the beach was awesome! Breakky was great and the staff were very accommodating! Cannot beat the beach front location. Close to everything we needed as a group of 6!

there isn’t enough lounge chairs around the pool, only a handful and fill up quickly

The bed was two large single beds pushed together. It was overly large and left no space to enter the room without banging into the bed frequently Cushioning on banana lounges could do with upgrading. No ashtrays available

Location and pool side room were perfect. Cleaning staff were quick and professional Breakfast staff were just beautiful
