It was a good experience to stay at the capsule hostel. The staff was really friendly and the capsule clean. The hostel is location in a good area; many nice redstaurants are close by. It’s a nice place to stay 1 or 2 days.

My capsule door was hinged type. (Although I prefer sliding type. Easier to get in/out, save space) Shower cap holder was not adjustable. Shower gel and towel hanger were provided but there was no shelf for toiletries inside the bathroom. My capsule was the last along the corridor / right next to the window so I was waken up a few times by the noise of cars, bikes and bed squeaking sound. Bring a earplug if you are a light sleeper.

The capsule comes with a USB charging port and mirror which I found useful. Rooms are separate base on gender. Men rooms are on higher floor and is accessible only through staircase. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. A shoes locker outside the room and a luggage locker is provided during the stay.

I slept in a capsule under the AC the first night, and it was freezing. It might not bother those who like it cold. But my second night was fine since I avoided the AC. Note that due to its location in a lively area, you might hear some distant street sounds inside the capsule. It's something to consider if you prefer a quieter environment.

Comfortable beds, clean facilities, two shower rooms, two toilets, and two spacious sinks—all well-lit. It's conveniently located in Little India with plenty of food vendors and cafes nearby. The cafe on the ground floor serves as a common area for guests. They provide indoor sandals and foot lockers.

Centrally located, comfortable pods with all amenities. Towel, slippers, and free water bottle provided upon arrival. Bathrooms basic but relatively clean. Good for a one night stopover after flying in.

The boy working when I arrived was not helpful at all. I wanted to view a capsule to see if it would be ok for me to sleep in, and it took a long time for me to simply be able to look at it. Everytime I put the water heater on to get hot water he would switch it off. No central location to chill out and meet other guests. No toilet paper in the toilets. Very sterile, not warm. The girl working there was an angel though- very helpful. Seems like they do not trust their staff or the guests at all. Not a nice basis to run a place on. I have travelled a lot, but for those new to travelling this is the sort of place that might put them off doing more travel. Sad.

Bathrooms were very small. Shower head need to be replaced. flexible height showers might be a good idea. Water was collecting in wash basin. It would be nice to have key-card based lock and access to the main entrance door of hostel as well. Common washroom toilet on ground floor was dirty.

Staff aulia was amazing host. Raound the clock reception. Nice washrooms. Capsule concept is good. Strong wifi. Rooftop is cool place. Hot shower available.

There weren't any sheet or blanket to cover yourself during the night and I got a little cold even with AC turned off (probably because of jetlag, though)

Well, I've got to say, Medan as a whole city has left quite a bad impression on me (of course, the staff of the hotel is not to be blamed for it). However, in the city that is number one in criminal and gangs attacks in whole Indonesia, I feel like the staff of the hostel should learn to speak better English. I was very afraid because of some attacks that happened and it didn't help that the staff used Google translate for very basic communication. They were very nice though, so I don't hold a big grudge, I just think that should improve. And the bathroom was kinda working improperly, at least the one I was in.

I liked the whole concept of being in a capsule, and from the inside, it really does look like the pictures - everything is adjustable in your little space shuttle. It's a decent value for the money, and the staff seems nice. Everything seems clean, and the capsule concept gives you a lot of privacy.

You will hear the traffic from the road. Staff was super friendly and tried to help as good they could, but they weren't really informed about bus options, shared taxis and the typical tourists questions. .

Nice Capsule Hostle. Friendly staff. Free water refill. Good Wifi! Was totally okay for one night on my way to Lake Toba. Has some great vegan/vegetarian restaurants near by (Socrates and Medan Vegetarian). Both in walking distance. Hostle has a café.

Well, i am not keen on fully air conditioned room. Like it has 3 or 4 around so. My place is a very hot town, so to speak. So it is kind of bothering me with 3 Acs are on well, again i know it is shared room but still, i may stand like 2 ac is being on but not 3 like i was breathing cold air coming through my nose. I have been 2 days sleepless before the exam and held my self not to complain. But a day before the IELTS exam. I spoke my mind to them well, they were not taking this seriously at first coz they are more into hot room complainer. So yeah i was a little left behind but, at the end, they did it and just turned 1 ac and i slept well and did the exam with fully concentrated. And i also dont like where i can not open the wimdow and let the light coming in but, yeah it is a shared room again...

Well, i just checked out one day ago and and going to be honest here. I like how helpful the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the affordable price per night, the tranquility of the room, facilities like the shower and the hair dryer in the bathroom and the incrrdible location which is closed to the sun plaza. I have been here for a week btw
