Breakfast the same every morning. Our grab driver had to buy and pay for a ticket at the entrance. Waste water in the sink did not drain. Waste water in the shower did not drain. You couldn't watch TV because the programs were too gritty. Only towels for showering were available, but not at the sink.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the property is a big NO, i have to moved 3X, first room, the aircon was not work, second room so many roaches, the third room was so so, yes the size is big, i stayed in deluxe room, the elevator was just horrors, very not comfortable, i would say this hotel is overpriced, i can get more way better stay by adding lil bit more money.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean, the air-conditioning didn't work, and the toilet door knob was broken. The front desk didn't provide a satisfactory solution, and my requests for a room change or an upgrade were ignored. They also didn't respond when I asked for a fan to cool the room. I won't recommend this hotel. Full stop!

Floor unclean and heavily stained under the dust bins inside the bathroom. No HDMI on TVS so could not use firestick. No Bar and it was always closed. Could not treat myself to a beer.

Good Aircon and Beds. Staff cared about guests. Good Breakfast. Staff were able to attend to personal requests in kind and cordial manner. No delays. People at the reception were great! :)

Stains all over the bed linen, does seem that the room have been cleaned in a while. I went down to reception and informed the receptionist of the room condition and she just laughed at me. Appalling to walk into a room that state after a long trip and looking forward to a good nights rest.

A lot to be desired, it could do with a bit of attention on cleanliness and upgrading of some room facilities. The bedsheet has stained on it, the bathroom shower was broken, the toilet water was clogged and the flushes was slow...the buttons on the elevator could be serviced as some were broken, as well.as.the parking could use more lighting

It was filthy Most rundown place I have ever been to. I booked for 2 nights but left the following day. I wasn't able to sleep all night because there was karaoke night on the first floor. The room smelt like cigrates... The blinds, carpet, sofa were wornout. The bed sheets had blood stains and even after asking room service to change the sheets they still had stains. Their staff were also not happy working there. Anyone wanting to stay there please don't even think about it! I don't understand how booking.com are partners with this hotel chain? Do you guys inspect the hotels before partnering with them? Oh and the photos are not the same as the reality of the place. Very good photoshop/ camera/ lighting tricks.
