SloveniaOne big minus is the beach, the beach is one of the most beautiful on the island but very dirty full of plastic, not comfortable to enjoy on the beach and lie in the trash, staff need to do something about ... Bed mattress need to be changed.
Very nice hotel, good restaurant, nice garden, massage ... everything goes very calmly and slowly. June was very helpful to organize our transfer back to aiport.

Really nice small beach resort, the most friendly staff (June was great and so helpful) and great food and view in their restaurant. They even opened for non-muslim hotel guests at certain times during ramadan. There’s some sun beds at the beach and in that area it’s also ok to go in with bikini etc. the massage in the spa was also very nice

The rooms were really cool, the free breakfast was great and the dinner wasn't too expensive either. They also had a patio near the beach with live music.

The view from the room was outstanding, the beach itself is lovely although from about 12-2 there is no beach to lie on as the tide comes in. The reef is incredible and the staff are lovely, especially June on front desk. The room is very nice and great to have a balcony.

Keep in mind that this is an 'off the beaten track' and somewhat remote location. Food and facilities can not be on the same high international level as one can find in touristic hotspots like Bali. Having said that, this is a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are tidy and spacious. Nice hill-side cottages. Lovely, heritage-style restaurant with a wide range of western and Indonesian dishes. Good house reef and lovely sea-side bar.

Indonesia1. The stairs are not user friendly, especially if you bring your parents. Maybe you can provide chairs in every 2 Meter, so people can take a rest and enjoy the sea view for a while before they climb the stairs again 2. It will be amazing if you can provide toothbrushes in the bath amenities too. 3. Please ask the guest first whether they want to extend the stay or not before accepting other guests to stay in the same room.
The sea view is superb... The price is affordable... The breakfast awesome... Nicely provided with cleaning and safety tools (including broom!!) Drinking water is provided with Galon,,, amazing!! The bed is soft and clean. Green environment... Love it so so much Aceh heritage in the front yard (Roemoh Atjeh) is so wonderful 😊

United KingdomSuch a terrible hotel, Don't stay here, You are overpaying an outdated hotel with their 20 years old broken mattress, disgusting pillow, moldy room, and overworked AC, we visited sabang for over 3 weeks and we thought stay here for the last part and big mistake, the price is 4x more than avg homestay in sabang with far poorer quality, NO WIFI IN EVERY ROOM!! what is this 2024??? It's only cost you £10 to add extender so wifi can be reached but no the owner is very very greedy, people do need internet nowadays for various reason, their only option is go to restaurant if you need wifi, their mattress are broken and we complaint about this staff wouldn't bothered, pillow is very old and disgusting, never washed, AC is overworked at night we are still dying too hot despite it's been put to lowest possible sign it's never being serviced, our £15 room in other island offer more value than this place, stir away, the only good thing is the little privacy in beach but again coral is very washed and bleached so don't expect good underwater life.

AustraliaThis is by far the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. To access the room you have to climb a steep 8 foot ladder without a hand rail on both sides. The room has zero protection against mosquitoes even though it's completely exposed to the outside. The shower didn't work and the staff asked if we were okay to use the bucket that flushes the toilet to shower with instead. The bathroom door is completely broken and it locks people inside. (This happened to multiple people during our stay and sometimes people were trapped inside for over 5 minutes) A giant industrial sized generator is located directly underneath the room and it is turned on every night and runs for hours. The generator shakes the entire building, the noise is deafening and the diesel fumes are blown directly up and into the room flooding the whole building with a toxic smell and making it dangerous to breath. The fan provided for our room was completely busted, rusty and the fan guard was broken and the blades were exposed. Opposite the room a strange group of men are always sitting and smoking cigarettes from the early evening till after midnight, they stare at you every time you enter the room or go to the bathroom without saying anything or smiling. The breakfast was completely spoiled and a lot of food was covered in flies. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to do so. Avoid!

ItalyThe only negative thing was no internet which wasn't a problem for me because I had registered on arriving in Indonesia my husband who is not so tech savvy hadn't.
I felt I had landed in Paradise. The resort is set in Beautiful gardens with steps leading up to the restaurant and down to the private secluded beach where there are sunloungers and a small bar where you can buy drinks. The perfect place to relax. The breakfast is good, cappuccino coffee on demand and very good a good choice of food on the menu.. The staff are very kind and helpful and a big thank you to June who is a valuable asset for the Hotel. The rooms are big with hot and cold water machine and big bathroom too. Comfortable bed with mosquito net. I think I've said it all.. I booked 4 nights and decided to stay 10! l

Casanemo is truly amazing. They just opened their new restaurant a couple of months ago and it’s fantastic. The bungalows are beautiful, clean and have a great view from your hammock. Also, the beach is very large, making is perfect to relax. The staff is super friendly as well! Definitely recommend. (We stayed at both Freddies and Casanemo and preferred Casanemo, though Freddies is nice too)
