They knocked on my door 30 mins before I asked for my breakfast so I was till asleep

It was such a nice room! Defiantly the cleanest and nicest I’ve had in Asia so far. The staff were really nice and helpful and help me with my bags and showed me how to use everything which I have found rare in other places.

The comfort rooms should be changed already, since showers are all over, the drainage in the bathroom is always clogged and seems to have not cleaned.

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. A real value of money. They always give new set up sheets, towels and water. The place is just near to everything, convenience stores in front of the hotel, and there is a local foodcourt where the food is superb and super cheap.

Cleaniness of the bathroom was very poor. There are areas that have not been cleaned for ages. Also bathroom functonality is questionable. It is not fit for brushing teeth as the shelf is covering the sink.

Girls at the reception were amazing! I got a lot of tips and reccommendations, they both were very welcoming and friendly. Wifi is great, bed is very good. Big grocery store and many restaurants, hairdressers etc are within walking distance.

I booked a triple room (three single beds) but we got given a room with a double bed and a single bed. They then did not have a spare duvet so two of us had to share the double duvet. I deliberately booked a triple room to avoid this situation so it was frustrating

The location was great and staff were very friendly. Putri especially was very helpful.

The area was super busy with traffic! It was challenging to walk anywhere with all of the scooters driving on the sidewalk, but that has nothing to do with the hotel obviously. The bathroom needed some updating in room 204. Wi-Fi could be a very slow or disappear at times, and I think the people beside me were smoking. Bedside table lamp did not work and the plug-in is behind the bed headboard so wasn’t possible to see if it was u plugged without a major furniture move. 

The bed was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nice, comfortable pillows, and comforter which is rare. Staff are very nice. I appreciate it actually having some soap and shampoo in the room as well as the mini fridge. Nice, comfortable pillows, and comforter which is rare.

They cleaned and mopped everyday, but it seemed like either the water was not hot enough or to much detergent, because the floors were very greasy.

Really good value for money. Clean and comfortable, TV and kettle etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. A small cafe in the hotel to take coffee up to the balcony overlooking the main road in Seminyak. Also surprisingly quiet. Had the biggest bathroom of the whole trip which was very clean.

The placement of the wash basin and the shelves in the bathroom is problematic. The basin is small and part of the shelves sticks out right above it, making it difficult to wash my face and brush my teeth. I had to bow really low and position my head under the jutting part of the shelves. Otherwise, I would splash water all over the floor or miss the basin when spitting. I even hit my forehead one time there. Please consider fixing this part. I stayed in room 204.

Although I've seen the sticker "breakfast included" when I bought my stay, I was very and unpleasantly surprised when I've been told (during the check-in) I'd have to pay extra charge. And my room had a view... on the parking, so no intimacy unless curtains and window closed. Plus, the room was kind of dirty. I could notice some very little beasts coming to eat some drops of chips that fell down on the floor. And that's when I noticed some more dirtiness... right under the bed. There was A LOT of dust and hair. I even saw a few cotton buds and a plastic bottle... I mean cleanliness is basic, isn'it ?! And the bathroom was just OK because there were no curtain and there were also some scale and rust stains. Just take a look on the pics I took, it's a pity because the lobby and the rest of the hotel is fine (except some special smell due to the product they use to clean the floor).

The location was fine because although it's hard to pass through the road (there are no pedestrian walkways), there are lots of bars, restaurants, spas and clubs around (especially in Seminyak). And the staff in the hotel was nice and available for the customers.

The entire hotel smells of dampness and mould. I requested to move rooms after checking in because my first allocated room the walls were so damp the room stank. The next room wasnt as bad but still smelled. My clothes even smelled the next day as the bedding also absorbed that damp smell. The hallway too. The bathroom was very disappointing. The pictures arent accurate to the state of the bathroom or bedrooom for that matter. If you dont mind a bit delapidated and old and damp, then cool. But I was disappointed.

Bed was comfortable. Aircon worked. Breakfast was nice.
