It was hidden away down a back alley. I didn’t like the idea of walking on my own to the town and night. Receptionist staff was a bit confusing, said about writing a review to get taxi but when it came to it she said I miss understood.

Nice pool area. Room was good size and clean. Good value for money. All round nice stay, nothing special though.

The bed was a bit hard. The pillows too. Breakfast was not particularly good. Dried up eggs and stale croissants. I had to ask for orange juice, which the staff obliged.

The location was set back from the beach a quiet oasis from the busy Kuta.

Minor noise from neighbouring rooms when doors slamming/walking upstairs but nothing too major. Breakfast menu could have more options but the ones that were supplied were great and well sized.

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was great, rooms were spacious and comfortable, front access down driveway to main beachfront (off street so no road noise) and also great back entrance to local shopping streets and poppies ii

I had booked a couple room but on arrival they said we had to adjust in a twin bed room. However they managed it later. Toilet was clogged.

The pool was nice, also close to the beachwalk. Breakfast buffet was nice and changed slightly for each day.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Food was OK. Sometimes the buffet was not replenished by the time I arrived. AC was a little weak. Had to ask for daily water instead of being delivered automatically. Lots of mosquitoes.

Convenient location near Kuta Beach and Boardwalk Mall. Easy for Grab deliveries. Nice small swimming pool.

It can be cleaner! There are bottles left in the pool that can be cleaned. A little dusty in the rooms but not too bad

The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear absolutely everything, right down to coughing in the middle of the night. This issue needs to be rectified sooner rather than later.

Breakfast buffet very basic and the same every day and slightly cold .Could do with a bit more choice and warmer food but nice all the same.

A beautiful tranquil hotel , close to kuta beach, restaurants and bars all within 6-8 min walking distance. well maintained daily with wonderful friendly staff. The larger Casa wina hotel is connecting and all ammenities can be used there also.

Everything was great. Unfortunately we did have some things go missing. It may have been mistaken for trash though but it was snacks and electrolyte powder packets in a large ziploc bag. Not sure why they would touch anything on a table. Also we were not explained anything about how things work at the hotel (like pool towels are available) or about the surrounding area. It was our first trip to Kuta so we were left to figure things out on our own. Other guests and some staff showed us around when we asked. I'm so happy the massage ladies showed us around after their shifts. On our last day we had to go to the lobby to get coffee packets as the maid forgot to refill our supplies. Nit a big deal as we received some at reception.

The location and price was great. I loved the "Villa style" feel. It was a slow period so sometimes we had to search for staff to get things but we always received what we needed. I defitely recommend the massage services. The ladies are amazing and I will miss them as we became friends.

The restaurant started the music at 7am and woke me up every morning - get a room away from the restaurant if possible

The pool was really beautiful but had too many cleaning products. It stained all of our bathers yellow. The pool also has no shade and was very warm water. The breakfast was very very basic but thats what you get for the price!

The aesthetic of Casa Wina is so beautiful and calming. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything you needed. They were cleaned daily and provided new toothbrushes every day! The location was perfect. 3 minute walk to the beach or definitely make sure you use the back gate to get to the local shops.

Could provide Bein Sports / Super Sport channel for football match

Breakfast was good. Room was tidy and neat. Staffs are very polite and friendly. They did splendid job for our honeymoon. Totally recommended!
