Toilets were constantly blocked and not flushing causing three people to have to move rooms throughout our stay. One member had dirty linen on their bed with sand and blood stains on their first night - clearly wasn’t changed and washed from previous people staying. The kitchen at the hotel barely had food available - breakfast was average and was often cold and most of the time the cook was gone by lunch - any food after needed to be ordered from the Wina causing delays in service. We ordered in a lot, as it was easier than trying to order room service.

The property is freshly painted and looks good from the outside. The pool is open early till late and the bar and massage staff were amazing ! The pool bar was staffed til 10pm. The staff were Lovely and friendly with our kids. The massage service is awesome and well priced for a hotel service - they were also always willing to help out.

When we arrived looked smaller than photos, it’s been renovated over the last 3 months and it’s just such a rushed job, plumbing is horrible toilets get blocked often and the bathrooms stink due to there not being the right drainage for the toilets. No staff working when we went to check out in the morning quite unprofessional in my opinion, also no restrictions with the pool so we were woken up at 12pm to people being loud around the pool yelling and jumping in, when we tried to contact reception we had no response

I have asked specifically for a room with stable and good wifi beforehand and that was not considered on arrival. The internet itself was not stable and it was difficult to have online meetings. Very disappointing because I have double checked with them over and over before. Also there was multiple days where the shower just wouldn't work with only little to zero water coming out. Plus they would send me to their in house restaurant for lunch, have me wait for 15 minutes just to tell me that they are not serving food right now. Lots of unpleasant situations unfortunately.

The place itself is beautiful, nice rooms and great location, away from the Main Street but still easily accessible. Staff was nice but I feel like they did not understand my requests or issues, so as much as they wanted to be helpful, it was difficult.

Breakfast was always cold or just warm not matter what time you got it, also very slow to restock food. Constantly run out of shower towels or bath towels. Staff frequently ignored “Do not disturb” signs on doors and would still make the room up. Sat at the swim up bar for 20 minutes and no one came for service.

Clean hotel, nice pool. Super fast wifi, probably the fastest wifi I’ve ever had in Bali. Quick access to Kuta Beach and quick rear access to Legian and Poppies II.

Very nice, cozy and warm place. I liked a style of the buildings and rooms, still Balinese but modern. Pillow (small one) and blanket were as a cloud, so soft and light. Breakfast is really good, we like Indonesian variant a lot. A lady at the reception is friendly and polite.

The room was big and clean. Staff is very friendly and can give you advices around the area. Very nice yard with sunbeds and a pool with a small cocktail island in the middle where you can order a drink from inside the pool. Breakfast buffet has both savoury and sweet options with fruits, tea, coffe and milk. There's also a laundry service for an extra fee in case you need to wash your clothes.

Shower water salty, using sea water Mosquito is every where Almost got charge twice due to shifting staffs on the reception

The place is relaxing and quiet! Perfect place to escape a busy streets, very accessible to kuta beach and easy walk thru if your walking around. However some few things to mention, Shower water is salty - I was thinking they are using sea water, you can taste it and even mentioned to the reception. Mosquito are everywhere so better be careful about its, one time I woke up with mosquito is dead with my blood on my pillow. They want charge me extra breakfast when I am alone, even I paid for breakfast that is good for (2) persons. Should you going to pay in advance you need to ask for receipt coz the staffs are shifting so if you paid to the other staff expect the other shifting staff will ask you to pay again. In the end all are been sorted when I checked out. The staffs are very hospitable and nice, so minus all the not so good that I experienced at the Casa Wina Could have been perfect vacation!

I only stayed at Casa Wina Kuta for less than 24hours as I flew in late and didn't want to pay a whole days accommodation at a villa if I wasn't going to be there. Anyways I guess you get what you pay for. And if you didn't pay for your meal when you booked don't expect to be served at the restaurant, even if they have no other customers. The staff acknowledged me but I still sat there starving for longer than I should have. Not even offering me a coffee or setting my table so I ended up eating somewhere else. I flew in late so I was starving. I didn't get a chance to swim in the pool whilst there as there was a no swimming sign up for pool maintenance from early morning until just before check out. I saw no-one doing any maintenance on the pool during that time. And I was hot so that was really disappointing. Lastly upon check out, we were questioned about a small pink mark on my son's bed sheet. And I mean small. The kind of mark you'd make if you scratched a mozzie bite in your sleep and it got on the sheets. It's not something that is hard to remove in the wash. The lady questioning us about it also commented that it will cost up $1Million if it's from a tattoo because it's very hard to remove. I told her we only just arrived late last night and haven't been anywhere. We were still made to wait whilst they decided what to do about the sheets. We didn't have to pay in the end but It was bazaar to be treated like that over a something so small.

When I checked out I had to pay extra 30$ because "1 towel was dirty", when I left my room it was alright… They showed me pictures, but I don’t believe it can happen to a towel that was used once after shower I believe that’s some sort of tourist hustle which ruined overall good experience… And the lady at reception(when I was checking out) was a bit unwelcoming, overall rude, other staff were very nice and kind Location is far from the road, so if you don’t have bike, be prepared for walks. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel just feels unfinished - it is brand new but there are unfilled tiles in the bathrooms, locks on the door are fragile and drains were very slow to drain. There also are no baths in any of the rooms, despite being advertised on the website, so no opportunity for a Bali bath.

The pool area was lovely, the location is good (about 5 mins walk to the beach), the staff are really friendly and helpful

A lack of service service & falls advertising as they do not have a shuttle service. Also it takes hours before things get cleaned and they will forget towels etc also something minor but the road to there the car couldn't drop us so we had to carry our luggage. . In short, its an okay stay but for the same price there are much better hotels with good service and the beds are quite hard.
