One member of staff upon checkin was a bit rude other than that all was good.

We only stayed 1 night but the whole experience was lovely. The hotel was pretty, exceptional gardens & pool area, very comfy bed/facilities and a lovely breakfast. Exceptional value, will stay again 😍

The smell in the bathroom - but unfortunately this smell was all over Kuta. I don't think it has to do with the property.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious, cleaned daily - water bottles were provided daily. Good breakfast. Great staff that would try to fulfil every request. Nice swimming pool with a swim-in little bar.

The wifi was not stable, sometimes not working in the room at all. Breakfast had only few options and not the best. If I were to book again (which I would btw), I'd book it without breakfast, since a lot of very good breakfast options and cafes are nearby.

Perfect location, beautiful pool and very nice staff. The bed was comfortable and they provided mosquito repellent that you can plug in.

Maybe a little bit pricey for the area where it is (it is not the best area in Kuta.. nothing happened but still not the best area at night..). But you might find good deals.

- The beds were one of the best I have tried in Indonesia so far. Super comfortable. The pillows too. - The room and whole hotel was super clean, including the amazing pool they have! -Breakfast was tasty and with a lot of options. - Reception was (if I am not mistaken) 24hs available do it suits perfectly if your flight arrives late at night!! - It is close to the airport so cheap taxi!

It was hidden away down a back alley. I didn’t like the idea of walking on my own to the town and night. Receptionist staff was a bit confusing, said about writing a review to get taxi but when it came to it she said I miss understood.

Nice pool area. Room was good size and clean. Good value for money. All round nice stay, nothing special though.

The bed was a bit hard. The pillows too. Breakfast was not particularly good. Dried up eggs and stale croissants. I had to ask for orange juice, which the staff obliged.

The location was set back from the beach a quiet oasis from the busy Kuta.

Minor noise from neighbouring rooms when doors slamming/walking upstairs but nothing too major. Breakfast menu could have more options but the ones that were supplied were great and well sized.

I had booked a couple room but on arrival they said we had to adjust in a twin bed room. However they managed it later. Toilet was clogged.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Food was OK. Sometimes the buffet was not replenished by the time I arrived. AC was a little weak. Had to ask for daily water instead of being delivered automatically. Lots of mosquitoes.

Convenient location near Kuta Beach and Boardwalk Mall. Easy for Grab deliveries. Nice small swimming pool.
