It was very dated, fixings we’re falling off the walls, really needs updating. Oddest thing is there are windows in the shower looking out on to the corridor, although it wasn’t busy still didn’t feel too comfortable showering where people can look through the windows.

The property is in a quiet place.

Roof top pool. Room service. Friendly helpful staff. Location had restaurants close by.

The bathroom shower area was very grubby. Cloudy glass door and mould stains on the tiles. A damp bathroom smell. It was serviced daily and rest of room and linen were all clean and comfortable. Only one key was difficult with our family. If someone was sleeping inside, they needed to wake up to lock with key from inside, person going out wouldn’t have a key. To return, we’d have to try call each other if the person had gone out. Two keys would have made a much better trip but they said there was only one when we asked.

Well located near market style shops and a range of restaurants. We could walk to the beach.

Small TV. The corner room is great but due to it been a large window it needs darker curtains. Lots of light early in the morning and shadows of everyone walking pass

My room had a very damp smell the drain in the shower wasn't draining.

the location is excellent! Room was a good size! air con worked well. Pool area was nice.

The food... it was horrible in every way, not cooked properly, very low options, even the buffet nights were low in options and just poor quality. Plenty of places very close by with way better food.

Decent hotel for what you pay, just had a bad room to start with, bad bed, AC broken old shower head. Once we moved rooms we were happy with the room. Staff are great, got along well with them

There are some smaller maintenance items that could easily and cheaply be fixed like the shower head just needed a good clean to have fully operating

All staff especially at reception Kadek Adi wo was very helpful when we had a problem. The Food & Drinks were well priced for a hotel where you normally expect them to be high.

Rooms tired, bed not so comfortable and sometimes very noisy. Breakfast very average. Hard to get reception in rooms with wifi or cellular. Need to sit on balcony

Air Conditioning was not effective. Had to request additional fans. No hot water in showers.

Wifi is absolutely terrible. Whether you are using hotel wifi or your own data, it is virtually impossible to get a good connection unless you go and sit out the front of the hotel. If you are trying to work this is not the place to do it unfortunately.

Great location, comfortable clean rooms, good value for money. The staff are terrific. Breakfast was nothing extravagant but totally acceptable for the price you pay. Good budget hotel.

Pathways throughout hotel could do with some work, but in general hotel was good, had all the amenities you'd want & the staff were all very friendly & happy to help
