Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The absolute BEST spot in Canggu.. actually, in Bali. I was so impressed by every detail at Chesa. The staff were all so lovely, accommodating and super detail-oriented, the room was fantastic, the linens, the towels, THE PILLOWS!! The food was delicious! There is not one thing I'd change.. other than staying longer. Much longer!

By far the best place to stay at in Canggu! Everything was perfect! The property was extremely clean, the staff were great and hotel is walking distance from beach and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice and would 100% recommend going. Will definitely be coming back soon!

The hotel is beautiful and it's a pleasure just to walk around, especially around the pool and reception area. It is close to all the busy spots, but far enough off the main street so that there was no noise disturbing the pleasant atmosphere.

AustraliaThe hotel is new, and in a great location. There are two pools, so there is always enough room on the sun loungers (you don't have to worry about people reserving them). Every room has a view of the pool which gives it a nice feel. The staff are super friendly and will remember your name. The only downside (which is not the hotel's fault) is it's situated on a road which has yet to have footpaths built, but it's so close to the heart of Canggu you're only walking on the road for a short period of time. I would 100% stay here again.

We’ve stayed in many same category hotels in Bali, and we can easily say that it’s the best so far. Hotel is new, so rooms are bright and clean, towels-linens are new without stains, breakfast in restaurant is tasty, no insects inside of rooms, room service is good and staff are very helpfull. 10 mins walk to the beach where you can surf and the same to the restaurants/bars

We stayed here for our first few days on Bali to settle into the new timezone and to decide where we'd like to go on the island. We could not have wished for a better reception than from the people from Chesa, in particular Kadekleo as we saw him the most, but all the staff were too kind. From housekeeping to the people in the restaurant, we were greeted by kind smiles all day and everyday. The boutique hotel is situated at a great location; not too far from the beach and restaurant, but far enough to be an oasis of calmness. Bed was super comfortable. Would recommend anyone to stay here!
