The owner knocked on our door at 8:30pm to ask for payment, they didn’t take card and we didn’t have cash so had to find an atm. I feel as though payment could’ve been handled a little better. Also need a pre warning for the cash only In our room the pipe under the sink was broke or has been disconnected, so water gushes from the sink as it goes through the drain

the room is of bad condition:old and shabby and dirty.Very noisy at night.The bathroom is small and dim and there is only one plug board behind a dirty cupboard. Not worth the price.

There is no water heater in the bathroom for a warm shower. It could use a water heater in the shower and some paint and other repairs that are neglected.

I came in on a late flight and this hotel was close to the airport. The woman that checked me in seemed very nice.

Location was dismissal. Rooms were tiny, old, mouldy, no TV reception, no hot or warm water. Internet worked. Bathroom had a bad sewerage smell. Air conditioning worked. We basically booked 2 rooms so our 5 year old grandchild could have a nap, due to us on a 11.00pm flight home.we went for a walk to get lunch, and wouldn't eat anywhere near the hotel so ended up getting a cab to Kuta square to eat, before heading back to the hotel for a rest before going to the airport. We were only there 5 hours. And you only get what you pay for. $27 a room.

Given that it is walkable distance from the airport it is noisy, not just from planes passing over, but also revving engines on runway can be heard. Wi-Fi signal was bad and connection was dropping quite often. In my room the bed had low frame and getting up from it was quite hard.

This place is walkable distance from airport, which makes it ideal for sleepover before/after flight. Free drinkable water in room.

The app updated price as we arrived increasing the rate just as we checked in. Then the owner attempted to take the whole amount of cash as we paid, she then offering tax services for triple the going rate.I passed off the uncomfortable feeling the owner gave as if my family was an inconvenience. Three rooms booked we hoped to have afew hours rest. Off to just get on with the short stay we checked out the rooms. Only to be further disappointed. Upon opening the doors the rooms met an overwhelming smell of mould and damp, the rooms now have contact covering the walls to hide this. Bedsheets had sand in them didn't look fresh nor clean. The bathroom another concern for health infested with cockroaches in two of the three with one having persistently running water. Photos are twenty years old compared to the living existence. We hesitated an tried ro rest and after the power tripped consecutively within 30 min s. Having to ask for help the owner expressed her disgust yet agian for existing with no apology or kindness in manner. I asked if all the rooms where the same she said nothing wrong with them denied any issues, i asked to check out she said no refunds.. We gave up and we simply fled.

The location was the reason for booking looking for afew hour nap for a family traveling and awaiting their flight late in the evening. Hotel airport was full when we booked the flights
