Such an incredible property. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Very clean didn’t see a single bug. And staff so kind, let me use their washing bowl to clean off my diving equipment. They are always there watching the property and there to say hello and keep everything safe. No problem parking motorbike outside all night, Bajo safe. WiFi very fast for working. Thank you for such an affordable and quiet stay. Thanks to Joe and all the staff for being so kind and friendly.

The staff do not really speak English but they understand you and they are very helpful. Sometimes, the other indonesian guest was noise, or they smoked in the corridor...

It looks like a hotel, not a homestay, but it doesn't matter how you call if it is great. A really clean hotel/homestay with comfortable mattress. It was one of the best on our Indonesian tour. The breakfast was copious and fine. We could rent a motorbike from the hotel. Oh, yes, it is quiet, no mosque sounds :)

we needed a place to stay far from the center of Labuan Bajo ( due to a tower from which they shoot at 100 milions decibels the prayers at 4,15 am that last for an astonishing 27 minutes ) and we found this place which we loved. Staff helped me resolving a problem with a scooter and they were always very nice. They took us to the airport for free as well, such a treat.

The hotel is very clean and new, comfortable, very good breakfast, free pick up and transport to Airport. You can ask them to pick up at the habbor for only 30k. People are very nice and friendly. Thank you for your support 🙏

Im happy to see any improvement towards a more environmentally sustainable accommodation. Besides others, one small step to avoid single use plastic could for example be not providing small water plastic bottles and instead a water dispenser that can be used more easily to file up water bottles compared to the existing one. Furthermore using own renewable energy would be a great step.

Comfortable and quite modern / renovated place to stay. Food for lunch or dinner can be ordered but you are in my perspective if you have time better of going out somewhere to eat.

It's a bit remote but Alfa mart is a 10-minute walk down the road if you're willing to walk. If there's one thing we hope to have is perhaps a mini wardrobe or hanger for us to hang our clothes inside the room. Apart from that, everything else was fantastic!

Facilities were simple yet functional for 2 night stay. They even have a universal adapter in the room, which is a nice surprise for a homestay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great too! Worth the value.

Great service. Free airport pickup and ride on set times to city centre. Makes up for distance location of hotel from city centre. Breakfast is local, but they can make some good pancakes.

The staff was super nice! We were sick during our stay and they brought us breakfast to the room. They also offerend a taxi service to the city center and free taxi service to the airport. The room was very nice, spacious and clean.

Location far from the port but it’s not an issue thanks to the shuttle service !! Breakfast is nothing incredible, simple - but for the price it’s more than enough !

Amazing price for a very good stay in Labuan Bajo ! Great structure recently renovated, spacious rooms with all the essentials and truly amazing staff ! Free shuttle from the airport and to the center at set times which is nice as in Labuan Bajo grab is not really an option ! And available drive at other times at a very very good price

The location is the only down fall, it’s a ways away from all of the main areas, but definitely not a deal breaker.

This place was pretty great. Newer facilities, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! This place was great.
