The pool was really cold, so you could only jump in and out, but not nice to chil in. Also in the night there was to much light. I like to sleep in a dark room.

WiFi was an issue however the staff did try their best to resolve it.

I enjoyed the privacy that we got in our room. They did all they can to ensure that we were comfortable. They even placed a wooden cover on the door to give us privacy. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face. There was a range of breakfast provided for you to choose from. The location was great and was walking distance to Seminyak square.

Although the breakfast was beautiful and served in your room every morning. The breakfast options for me could have been slightly better, that is the only thing that I would change. More selection of fruit and better choices of meals in the morning.

A must stay in seminyak, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful and always smiling. The staff are one of a kind here and I can’t thank them enough for making our stay so perfect. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa, it was huge and super clean, the room was serviced twice a day and the staff always making sure you were comfortable. The room service was lovely and we had it everyday for a week as it was so good, We had mainly Indonesian food which was delicious and so fresh. The pool area is very clean and always fresh beach towels for you to use. When reading reviews I knew it sounded good but I had no idea if would be this perfect. It’s the best place we have ever stayed in Bali, I will be staying here again for sure.

From the moment we arrived till the day we left the staff were amazing. they are attentive, kind and very helpful. They told you and showed you everything in the room. Having breakfast in your room was wonderful. Been able to get a late check out was so helpful and relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

The townhouse was exceptionally clean, substantial in size and beautifully furnished throughout. It was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. We loved the balcony and outside bath/shower. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

everything! location, staff. luxury feel of a small boutique accommodation. not too many people there so no need to worry about getting a bed beside the pool. very relaxing holiday here. staff are wonderful. only 5 min walk to beach ans right in middle of all the action if need be but away enough to not be annoying.

Only a small suggestion it would be nice to have an outdoor table and chair by the plunge pool so you could sit outside .

the most luxurious stay in seminyak, the room was beautifully presented and extremely clean. the private pool was a lovely perk. We had the most amazing stay at Cicada. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is great and is delivered to your villa every morning at the time you choose the night before, plenty of options. Great location close to great restaurants sarong, bambu, La lucciola. We loved chilling by the pool in the afternoons and it was so peaceful. Cannot wait to stay at cicada again if we are back in seminyak

Breakfast is served in your Villa. Good choice . All staff were very friendly and attentive. Hendra and Meyka at front desk were very helpful in arranging anything we needed. Introduced us to our driver Gede who brought us on a number of different trips around the island. Highly recommend him. Overall Cicada is well positioned just off the main road in Seminyak which has many lovely restaurant .
