We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was only one bathroom for a quite a few rooms and only cold water but it was always clean.
Really friendly owners, clean room and bathroom. Owners organised a motorbike for us to rent for the day and our onwards travel. The owner also went out of his way and helped us organise our travel via the bus from Moni back to Bajawa when our guest house could not help us and told us we would have to get a private taxi. They can also organise guides.

GermanyNice Guesthouse with good Restaurants around. The pancakes for breakfast are really good! You meet other Traveller as well. We went exploring badjawa together :) Room is nice! If you get the ensuite, you will have hot shower as well. Good wifi. Son of the owner is really kind. Great English and he showed as around. He is also a guide for the volcano! Go to the malanage hot springs. Soo unique!

It was great. The hosts are really friendly. It's also very clean. The WiFi was working really well. Met some other backpackers and explored Bajawa with them. The breakfast was also nice.

SpainThe bathroom had a bit of a damp smell, and there were a few bugs inside- this is absolutely what I would expect in this region though.
The hosts were lovely! They spoke good English and they were very helpful with organising drivers and guides. The room was a good size, not too loud, and as clean as a room in this climate can be. Travelling as two Aussie women, we felt safe here, which is always a bonus.
