We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe quality of the food at the restaurant was only average. For the price I expected more. Also the attached mall was only partially open. Maybe it's new and not completely occupied.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby I felt comfort and cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very well furnished. And I absolutely loved the infinity pool.

Never has a 5-star hotel reached my expectations like this one. Decorated a friend's bed and sent up complimentary cake, extended our check out time, was in a fantastic location right next to a mall and in the city center. Check in was smooth, room service was quick and the cleanliness was always on point. It's convenient, service was prompt and reliable, it's as advertised. Staff are always friendly and kind to speak with. Would recommend for short or long stays. This place makes me want to return to Surabaya.
