This place is in a great location and is super beautiful. The poolside menu was delicious and the staff were all extremely lovely. Both pools are stunning and the little gifts at turn down service are a very cute touch. Would absolutely stay here again.

My room was facing a wall, with very small windows.. had I stayed longer, I would definitely have changed it. While all the rest of the property was great, the room was slightly disappointing.

Nice vibe, the beach club was fun and sun beds very comfortable. Great service.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected for the money- would have at least expected there to be a table to eat at and a balcony- so that was something we would have liked! We had no other complaints but a pillow choice would have been expected at a hotel like this.

The breakfast was great! We loved the location and it was so comfortable, safe and clean. We really liked the hotel and the gym was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again and cant wait to come back.

Everything was amazing! Firstly, the service was impeccable. All staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beyond beautiful, clean and full of pleasant surprises. Sitting watching the waves and surfers in the morning while drinking amazing coffee and great breakfast was my highlight.

Our experience at COMO Uma Canggu exceeded all expectations. The room we stayed in was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to one of their residences. The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, featuring a delightful selection of dishes that could be enjoyed alongside breathtaking views. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering to show us around the property. For those looking to stay on-site, the hotel offers a range of amenities including a gym, pilates classes, a serene pool (which was refreshingly uncrowded during our visit in March), and access to the beach club. Although we weren't able to secure a late checkout, the staff kindly offered us the option to freshen up in the gym locker room before our departure, which we greatly appreciated. A special mention goes to Dwi, Ani, and Dwini, whose exceptional attentiveness and dedication made our stay truly memorable. They took care of our every need and request with genuine warmth and professionalism.

Our shower door didn't full open because of the positioning on the mirror. If you were a larger build you may not be able to get in. There was lots of obvious green limescale around the shower heads. These definitely need properly cleaned and upgraded. There was a massive jacuzzi bath but after an hour of trying to fill it we were unable to get even half way because of how bad the water pressure was coming out of the tap.

The hotel felt like a real resort that's away from everything else, despite actually being surrounded by the hustle of Canggu. The staff were fantastic and extremely attentive, helping wherever possible. The room was amazing, however some areas where it was dated (comments in other section). Loved the pool and beach club. Food was also pretty good! Good options of drinks too.

There really was very little to fault about the hotel. More large umbrellas near the pool that can be easily moved given the strength of the sun to stop me burning would be my only suggestion.

The hotel is lovely, relatively new and modern. The staff really made the experience, especially in the restaurant - Adi, Darmadi, Bayu Eka were names I scribbled down. My GF and I are both gluten free and this was well taken care of. The pool is huge and lovely.

we have stayed here before and just had a night before heading home. it’s always a pleasant spot to stay on the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and airy with a large balcony, beautiful pools and a perfect breakfast
