We truly did not experience any negatives at this hotel. It is absolutely worth its five stars!!

After an exhausting 16-hour flight, our group of 15 arrived at Conrad Bali. To our surprise, there was a problem with our booking through Booking.com. Our rooms were too small and there was confusion about our half-board arrangement, where only 9 of us were entitled to it and the rest would have to pay per dinner. Fortunately, our problem was quickly and professionally resolved by the hotel manager, Kevin. His prompt action and customer service ensured that our stay was not only memorable but also hassle-free. We would also like to thank Sumantara for her excellent hospitality and care during our stay. The staff at Conrad Bali is exceptionally friendly and service-oriented. The word 'no' does not seem to exist for them, as everything we needed was possible. The hotel itself is an oasis of peace and cleanliness, with ample sunbeds at both the pool and the sea. The food is absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that made each meal a celebration. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Bali. This hotel undoubtedly deserves a high recommendation for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable holiday in a beautiful setting. Conrad Bali is truly a gem not to be missed!

We were right next to the resorts outdoor venue space and it was LOUD. Although it was strictly turned off by 10pm, we would have appreciated if they told us prior that it would be that loud for 3 out of our 4 nights. With young kids it would be better placed somewhere else in the resort.

Beautiful property with endless pools to relax, their Indonesian restaurant was tasty, staff were absolutely wonderful and the room was comfortable and spacious for our small family.

The toilet door was extremely loud and bathroom door was stuck. They did not manage to fix the first day (I suspect they did not send in the right guys), but they did fix it the second day. The check-in was so-so, as apparently none of my cards were good enough for them, so I was not able to make a deposit for the running account. I stayed at 5 other resorts in Bali and had no such issues anywhere else. I agree with some other reviews saying that when they have weddings, the rest of the service might suffer.

The best breakfast ever. Was full for 6 hours. The place is well maintained. We were given late check-out, as it was available. The problems described below were fixed by the engineering team. It's an excellent hub for water sports.

The rooms are very spacious, quiet and very clean. There are three restaurants to choose from, so it gives a good variety of different tastes, as does the abundant breakfast buffet. The pool area is always clean, pool beds very comfortable with lots of towels, water dispensers and the possibility to order food and drinks at all times. And then there is the staff... completely beyond friendly we have ever experienced. The beach itself was not for swimming while we were there, the water was always shallow, but with the pool area and so many beautiful beaches in vicinity, it wasn't a factor for us. We would love to come back again and again!

I would recommend keeping liquid handwash in the bathrooms and plastic cutlery and plates etc for family rooms for the kids.Apart from that our rooms were amazing and quite spacious with all necessity amenities at hand.

Amazing location,beautiful resort with all activities in 1 location,which made it perfect while traveling with 4 kids.The staff added some beautiful extra touches for our daughter’s 1st birthday.The hotel staff were so warm and wonderful and attended to any need immediately.Breakfast was amazing at both Suku and Rin(loved the staff at Rin who treated us like family).I would highly recommend Conrad Bali to anyone looking to spend a luxurious and relaxed holiday.It was easy to travel to places we wanted to visit and the neighbourhood felt safe,family friendly and quiet.The resort was close to grocery stores and spas,which was a plus.

food and beverage where very over priced selling a can off coke for $7.20 in room service was robbery when you can go too indomart and buy it for seventy cents..I know it 5 star...you can still make a profit selling it for two dollars apart from we enjoyed or stay ...

Everything was good. However, wifi coverage can be more stable across hotel as at times it used to go bad even sitting outside of main lobby.

No sun beds on the beach. Annoying people on the beach offering very expensive water sport activities (I believe that any 5 stars hotel shouldn’t allow them to enter its territory and disturb clients). 3 days in a row room cleaning was done after my complain only.

Poolside dining options were a limited and pricey, however the staff were more than accommodating and apologetic.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm and welcoming smiles, our stay at the Conrad exceeded our expectations and no request was too hard or too difficult. All the staff were really welcoming and accommodating. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend the Conrad for any travellers considering where to stay in Nusa Dua. There were $10AUD massages by the beachfront (not employed by the Conrad), not overcrowded unlike other Bali areas, there were ample space to roam the resort and never an issue finding a pool bale or spot near the pool.

The only complaint was the sea, which is out of the resorts control.

Breakfast outstanding. The beach was nice and clean, but seen clearer waters in the Caribbean and Indian Ocean. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond their duties to ensure your service and food was exceptional.
