Staff were loud during the day and you could hear everyone so if you are unwell/resting there is lots of noise

Door didn’t shut fully there was a piece of wood nailed to the wall to hold the lock in place so was flies everywhere. Room was very small, didn’t feel clean. We didn’t really want to be in the room at all.

Good location, staff were good and responsive. Suppose you got what you paid for as it was cheap.

The room I got was very “sterile” like just White so it felt a bit impersonal and it didn’t get cleaned for the three days I was there but I am not sure if that was included

Such a sweet staff! A kind lady showed me to my room and told me it was my other home, very nice. And a Big nice swimmingpool aswell! And people were quite and respectful

The shower was abit crazy, water went everywhere 😅 didn’t like that there wasn’t a spare key to keep the aircon going while we were out.

The location was great, the beds were comfy and the aircon worked great.

They asked me about the time I want to check in, but when I arrived, they told me that check in is only from 2 p.m. so I wasted 2 hours waiting. Why ask in the first place.

Great central location in Canggu. Comfortable stay, a hot shower is always a bonus. Good value for a couple of nights.

Excellent location, safe at night for solo female and the host Agung is SO lovely and helped me with my luggage up the stairs, organized quick laundry and was so accommodating. Just sad I didn’t book another night before it booked out! Thank you ☺️

Staffs english is poor, pool is not very nicely located as everyone walks past it to enter or leave the properly, shower gets the entire bathroom wet if you use it.

The bathroom was terrible, the shower faced the wall not down so could not wash hair easily. The toilet would get wet and entire room flooded when 2 people showering.

We stayed 5 days and the staff just come once to clean the bedroom and change the towers and refill the paper. The bedroom was enough to sleep (not to much space to open suitcase). The bathroom needs some improvement urgently (No item for the toilet like soaps, shampoo etc.)

The location is perfect, right in the center of Canggu. Staff was super friendly, also the communication via WhatsApp worked really well. Good value for money! Pool are looks really nice. Bed was comfy.

a lot of weird stains everywhere and didn’t feel clean at all. floor towel was dirty (or stained) and there’s definitely a lot of work to be done (broken hanger, stained walls & toilet).

Room is quite small and difficult to move about. Air con wasn’t very strong in our room.

Great location. Right on the road for batu beach. So many restaurants and bars close by. Staff really nice. Pool is great and the living area is really nice to chill in with sofa etc. Bed is comfy.

Check in confusing. Bathroom really needed some TLC, not very clean. AC not cold even when turned to the lowest. Room a bit small but fine for 1 night

Check-in process, bathroom vent and shower space could use some improvement theres an unstable dog in the street that almost attacked me so maybe best to enter on a scooter vs. walk there
