The portable air conditioner is extremely noisy and without it, the room becomes hot. So my sleep was not comfortable due to the noise, and almost overslept due to the air-con's noise outperformed the alarm. Without this problem, my rate would have been at least 8.

I received an upgraded room due to overbooking of my original room. Location is great for an airport stay (in T3 very close to the departure check-in counter of Citilink). Amenities are great too, and staff are very friendly and polite. Bed and shower are OK. Kind of creative to channel the heat produced by the portable air conditioner to the shower room, so one can use it to dry their laundry overnight.

First, couldn’t find the hotel and everyone that we asked kept sending us in different directions! Secondly the room kept losing power at least five times the tv would go out and ac would shut off third baby screaming for a good hour and lastly they never gave us a wake up call like they were supposed to as we are running around it to catch our flight they wanted us to wait so they could check our room I was so upset they didn’t wake us up and then had to check the room before we could leave would have been better to sleep on the bench at that point

The best part was the shower very powerful and felt amazing

If you have claustrophobia then you have to avoid this hotel as rooms are really small.

Hotel located at the airport, terminal 3.Very convenient location. Many coffee shops and restaurants around. In the morning we took a speed train to terminal 1. It took us 20 min to reach. We took it to stay overnight, until our next flight. More than enough for an overnight stay.

Room was very hot. Walls are thin and noise level was high.

Easy to get to and get out of. Close to ticketing. Bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent!

Not well signed. If I remember rightly it was behind the É counters in the check in area. Smell of sewage coming from the sink/shower. The massive AC unit next to the bed is very noisy but if you turn it off then sleep becomes impossible in the heat after an hour or so.

In the airport terminal, it is perfectly located for late arrival and early morning departure when transiting. Clean and modern, but very compact.

When I did stay there, the airport construction was loud at midnight. Also there was a crying baby and angry father in the room next door (obviously not the hotel's fault tho.) Lots of construction going on in airline counter/food court areas of Terminal 3 as of Oct 2, 2023. I would ask when it will end. Also, they overcharged for an early check in: they charged more than I paid for 1 night to be able to check in 8 hours early. ($50 USD) I wish I had booked for 2 nights, rather than pay for an early check in.

For this reservation I was not able to come, however they did let me have a credit and use it at a later visit, even though I did not qualify for a free cancellation. I appreciated that, and did stay here a different time. Room was small but very clean with everything I needed, including a wake up call for my next flight.

Beware the bathroom floor: I stubbed my toe on the sharp ledge between the bathroom and hotel room. I learned it was common to have such a ledge to keep the water in (to go down the drain in the bathroom).

Location at Terminal 3 near airline counters made it easy to check in to hotel on arrival and to leave for my flight the following day. (I had stayed in a nearby hotel previously, but it took over an hour to get there: 30 min to wait for shuttle + 30 min shuttle ride.) Room was small but very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, location is down stairs from terminal flight check in counters, but staff carried my suitcases down, and up again on departure. Lobby was clean with a small food/coffee area.

Room was quite small, for moslem a bit difficult to find a space for praying especially when the direction of Qiblah is not aligned to the furniture inside. Unpleaseant smell came from the toilet.

The location was right in the center of terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Hence, it is so convenient especially if your flight is in the early morning. Many stores and restaurants are around. No worries for finding food and goods. They also provide spa services and barber shop. No conventional AC, instead a standing AC.

The air-conditioning in the room. Aircon came on when let was inserted into slot. Aircon airflow/fan was low. There was no wall or hand held controller for aircon airflow.

Breakfast was not taken. Therefore cannot make comment. Was breakfast to be included? what more can I tell you, as hotel was used for a break between airline flights.

The hotel is 1 floor down and there is no elevator - however the staff will help you to take your luggages :)

All good and very good location inside terminal 3 airport. We landed in the midnight and we had our sleep right away. Clean, spacious and late check out at 12pm.
