Only downside is not much privacy in the pool as the pool is next to the common stairs which was something we would have preferred.

Absolutely stunning villa overlooking the forest. Cleanliness was immaculate and despite being next to forest, no bugs inside at all. The view was magical and jungle trails were amazing. The pool was spacious and modern. Staff was absolutely helpful and they served breakfast in the villa. Breakfast was top notch

The breakfast ,that we tried ,was served with the best intentions. Sorry to say but f.e. the Croissants were both not enjoyable, as they where so Hard, they crumbled into thousands of crusty crumbs, instead of being soft on a squeaze. The rest of the breakfast was ok, but pricey for what we got in comparisson to other Stays. We supplied ourselfes for the rest of the week.

Very friendly staff and owner. They made sure,that we feel welcomed . Whatsappcontact worked fine. Pool is nice , the view onto the ricefields next to us aswell. Except one bathroom, the villa is in a modern condition. There is a small supermarket on the other side of the ricefield. Perfect to supply yourself with drinks etc. Amazingly close to the City center, if you rent a scooter (~10 min to the palace).The big one ,was a yamaha nmax155. Some scratches, but in perfect condition. In total: Would book a stay here again :)

beautiful peaceful villa in the jungle! we loved the location being just a short 5 minute bike to the main centre. It was quiet and lovely , beautiful lay out with lots of privacy and great facilities. The staff here were so kind and genuine, nothing was a bother and they went above and beyond to organise transfers/ or make our stay more comfortable. They brought us breakfast to our room which was amazing!

Location was not walking distance from Ubud town, therefore had to use host’s shuttle service everyday which costed money.

Both the Normal and Floating breakfast were amazing as well as the private pool, which was clean and modern! Villa is very spacious and well equipped. Bed’s very comfy.

All of the staff were amazing friendly. Marya and his family were always there to help. The location was also excellent, a nice walk out from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. And the home cooked food was always delicious and beautifully prepared.

There was a very damp feeling in the villa. The toilets/drains in the property didn’t smell great either.

The only thing I would say could’ve been better was the engagement and attentiveness of the staff. They were all friendly and helpful when I asked for help but sometimes were hard to find. As a solo traveler whose first time it was in ubud it would’ve been nice if the staff was a little more proactive about offering information but perhaps they didn’t want to be a bother to their guests. I’m not sure but overall it was a pleasant stay

What I liked about the property was it was always cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and my room was very spacious.

The kitchen and bathroom were not to cleanliness standard and the towels were old , grey with old dirt stains . There was no plates , knives , glasses etc in the kitchen , no bottle opener for beer when asked reception in first instance re poor water supply he did not know there was a switch we needed to use to increase water supply so was left a couple of days with no water virtually to shower. The female receptionist helped when we asked a second time

We stayed in the first vila next to reception. The bathroom was horroble, toilet in an small room in which I could not fit ( not very tall). The toilet was really dirty and old, plus a smell that probably is everywhere in ubud. The shower in the first day not clean, the clean it after we called them. One row of pillows dirty. The room is upstairs, very dark in the evening, big and ok. The toilet is at the first floor. The furniture in the room needs to be refurbished. Breakfast very poor compare with other places in Ubud and Bali.
