AustraliaGreat Location!, Close to many places (Kuta) and best beach clubs. I travelled with 6 of my family members and we stayed in the 5 bedroom villa. While the staff cleaned the property every day, the properly was quite run down and many things hadn’t been updated in a long time, also all rooms had aircon but the downstairs main living area does not, however it was quite cool in the evenings when we got home and they brought coolers to us to use incase we got hot. While this was the case, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the pool. The villas restaurant had great food which came out quick and we all had ice in our drinks, no one got sick. The staff were always very friendly and accomodating to the best of their ability. We had a good time but I think next time we would pick a more modern villa.

Australiathe ‘luxury’ ended at the villa front door. inside was very dated. the pool furniture and gardens were old and uninspired, not like the photos in the ad. there was also no shuttle to village as was advertised. the master bathroom was disappointing with a hole in the bath, badly fitting toilet seat and the shower fittings were leaky causing chronic mould.
wonderful helpful staff, breakfasts served on time and in-villa. lunches and dinners good value and very tasty. the gardens outside were a pleasure to walk through. we appreciated the aircons upstairs and downstairs.

SingaporeAfter reading the reviews I was worried but when we got their villa 12 it was perfect for the price of the villa. It was huge and the pool was fantastic. My family loved it , the staff are beautiful too. The furniture is dated but we didn’t mind . The kitchen could do with a facelift but again didn’t use it so didn’t mind. The beds were so comfy! Slept so well. Breakfast is good we had cornflakes / French toast and continental each day .

New ZealandWe booked a one-bedroom villa with a pool but were allocated a two-bedroom villa ( one room was closed), which was in pretty bad shape (filthy, old fixtures with broken bathtub). The staff noted that they over-booked a one-bedroom villa and moved us without our consent. After our constant persistence, they eventually moved us into a one-bedroom villa. This one was again filthy; pictures are attached. We complained and were told that since it was last minute move, they could not clean. We allocated 3 hours to them to clean the villa, and all our efforts went in vain. Ultimately, we decided to stay as is. Note: None of the facilities mentioned on Danoya’s booking.com page are there. You would be lucky if you got half of it. All pictures are deceiving, and the property is not even close to one of the pictures advertised on the page.

AustraliaI booked 4 villas and friends of ours stayed in a 2 bedroom villa 23 my family and myself stayed in villa 22 the 5 bedroom and our friends had washing done and they paid cash and someone in reception altered the docket and changed villa 23 to villa 22 and tried to charge us twice which you can clearly see in the first photo ive added. I also suggest you take a complete change of sheets pillow cases and doona cover if getting a tattoo as they give you a doona cover to wrap around your tattoo and charge $20 if you get ink on anything.
The staff were amazing the pool was huge and a perfect depth. The kitchen had fresh water machine made it easy for coffee and nice cold drinking water. The 5 bedroom villa was huge but lacked aircon downstairs and it got stinking hot but they lent us a portable aircon. Just before we left a new mini mart opened up just down the road just a few minutes walk which is very handy.

AustraliaWe booked and paid for a honeymoon package and it’s was poor a few flowers and towels on bed cost us $150 extra ( our next hotel had more and free ) we according to booking package had dinner in Villa with extra flowers candles and decorations after trying to book dinner we were told no it doesn’t happen showed our booking details clearly stating hooneymoon package inclusions mind you we booked in June 4 months ahead Didn’t make us feel special or celebrate very disappointed. My husband had planned it all and was angry and queried and the best they organised was an entree sized meal in the restaurant that we had no choice of , it was handwritten on a piece of paper and was take it or forget it situation not the romantic 3 course experience advertised and photographed on their page and website - it was uncomfortable to have to complain we were trying to celebrate and husband gave up in the end - we paid top dollar also at peak time Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay the bathroom was dirty and yuk -bed hard we hated to complain staff did their best management obviously are the ones making the decisions it was passable great security but by no means luxury honeymoon experience , staff were friendly and lovely but feel are scared of big boss or management

SwedenThe worst hotel hospitality I’ve ever experienced, not at all accommodating to the things they did wrong. The laundry service destroyed our white clothes turned them Gray, keep in mind we separated ourselves the white clothings and the colored before sending it to them, and even asked to do them separately. The damage cost us worth 700euro and still they wanted us to pay for the laundry meanwhile they refused to pay back the damages and said instead “why would you buy that expensive clothes, I mean I wouldn’t”. We literally sent it to laundry coz they’re supposed to know what they are doing, common knowledge to separate white and colored. The management and reception was biggest disappointment. Promised to repay the damages in other services within the hotel offers but didn’t went through and still made us pay.

AustraliaThis villa is the best villa I’ve ever stayed at. Despite it being a bit older style it was still worth everything. The hospitality was amazing. We felt really safe staying at this villa, 24/7 security. The staff are the most kindest and welcoming people. They treated us with respect and accommodated to all our needs. The supervisor Gede Agus was so lovely he made our stay even better. If we ever had a problem he would fix it. Danoya made our stay in Bali so memorable ❤️❤️
