We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the street, because of the constant movement of the street, the room is very noisy.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a fun vibe. Good location and the breakfast is very good. Very polite and helpful staff.

The room which we were in was at the front of the hotel which had single glazed sliding doors which may not have even been there due to the noise at night.

The Location was fantastic and the value for money was fantastic.

When we arrived after check in time we were told our rooms would be 20 mins we waited nearly an hour with no update sitting in the lobby they do offer beer or OJ (water is not an option). We had to follow up with the staff to then check into a room that had worst sewage smell, after speaking to housekeeping and complaining to the front desk they did change my room which I was very appreciative about but again I had to chase the staff up. On my last night my key card stopped working again had to follow up with the front desk twice at 11pm they sent maintenance I thought it would be a quick fix it ended up being three people that took over an hour without result, ‘if you leave we will open the your room with the master key’ after taking the whole door lock off knowing I was checking out the following morning. Just expect alot of apologies from the large amount of inexperienced staff working on the front desk. That just pass the simplest questions to a manger that they have to search the venue for.

rooms could do with an update as looking tired. bedrooms, open area lounge and kitcken was also very dark even with lights on that was frustrating as need to work on computer

Breakfast was excellent each day and exceptional value as included in my booing. Room was a little outdated and toilet blocked a lot, however staff actioned my request to fix each time immediately. The staff always remember me as i have stayed at the Dash over the years a fair bit.

Viva dash has very good location to everywhere in seminyak. We loved the location very much. The housekeeping was well organized and liked the way they check the room details. The pool, the bar and the restaurant is a good choice of spending time if you would like to stay at the hotel. Overall we enjoyed at Viva dash and we can recomment it to all.

2 bedroom apartment had ant's and shower issues. Water kept going hot and cold. Shower floor was silly as the water ran all the way to the toilet

There was a construction happening near the hotel. We had a city view and it was quite noisy due to traffic. Fitness room is quite basic.
