How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No shampoo. Request for a wake up.call do is not eventuate. Luckily, both my husband and I woke up to quickly change and go to the airport. Otherwise we could have missed our.flight.
It's a gated hotel with a security guard, and as such we felt very secure. Packed breakfast was great as we fly very early.

The hotel is looking a bit older especially the hallways carpets. They would look better with a deep clean or being changed. Bathrooms are also looking a bit tired and deep some cosmetic grout repairs.
Close to airport for a convenient overnight stay but you don't hear the planes too loudly. Decent breakfast buffet and the dinner options aren't overpriced for a hotel. Comfy beds and rooms are a good size.

Free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Room is spacious. Bathroom is clean and water runs well. Towels and toiletries are provided. Bed is comfy. Staff are welcoming and friendly. AC works well.

Not the cleanest room, since we found hairs in de bed and shower when we arrived (which were definitly not ours). The food for diner in the restaurant is underwhelming (which made the nice breakfast a welcoming suprise). Also, the rooms are not sound proof, meaning we experienced quite the noice from other guests. For example, an alarm from another guest for about 45 minutes at 04:00 in the morning. Not great.
Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, nice shuttle service from and to the airport. Overall, this is a nice stay for 1 night if you need to catch an early flight from, or arrive late at Jakarta airport.

Everything was nice and smooth.
The hotel is close to the airport and this was very useful. It has a very good shuttle service. The room was clean and comfortable. Good for one night staying. Also the dinner in the hotel restaurant was good

1- If you are smoker Make sure you tell the receptionists you want smoking room because they make you sign for 1M IDR as penalty for smoking 2- no windows or doors for the balcony
We stayed there for the second time in our trip ,the hotel correct many mistakes from the first stay , The room is clean , the staff from the driver to the last one are excellent, the takeaway breakfast is very tasty Excellent for transit 👍

Luggage service is bad. The doorman just stay there doing nothing when we tried to carry our luggage from taxi trunk and carry to front desk.
Location is near airport, free shuttle bus to Jakarta hatta airport.

The hotel airport shuttle was finally not able to pick us up at the airtport and we had to order a grab driver. The cost has been covered by the hotel. The hotel is close to teh airport but not close to the entry of the airport : transport duration is about 30 min.
We stayed one night between two flights. Our stay was generally good and the staff was helping in any kind of request. Clean and good value for money.

Nothing around the hotel in case planing for a walk. Even along the surrounding roads no provision of pedestrian walkway. Motorbike noise in annoying while the hotel window are not sufficiently insulating. Requires renovation to bring it to a modern standard
Close to airport with less traffic jam. May be considered on the departure day

The Place was having moisture smell. There were a lot of mosquitos in the lounge and smoking area. Hotel lack facilities but good value for money. Shuttle service from airport is the best thing

The hotel is a bit far from Airport, the taxi driver told me it is around 12 Km. The airport shuttle is only available at the certain hour.
