The staff didn’t reply my previous enquiry before I arrived. I realised that they don’t speak much English that’s probably why they didn’t reply.

The room is basic but clean, has everything I need. It is within walking distance to me to Seminyak beach and the village.

The toilet and shower arrangement. The shower is too closed to the door which the dripping is almost coming out from it.

I like how close it to most warungs and establishments in seminyak. My room is fine. It was quiet when I was there except the day that there was an event on the neighborhood. I will definitely book it again if I will stay there.

The only downside was the sometimes very strong odd smell in the bathroom. But if you keep the bathroom doors shut, it will not smell in the bedroom.

Nice accommodation with a little terrace outside the room. The area is very quiet and the breakfast was also OK (but not included).

It was not clean and the sheets had stains. We had the room next to the family and there was a little fish pond which was SO noisy it was hard to sleep.

Walking disctance to the city (Seminyak), alot of restaurants close by, good for just a night or two.

The bathroom layout is odd with the shower just being in the middle of the room. The beddings were also stained so we ask them to replace it

There were no cleanning and changing towels while our stay. Guest house wasn't easy to find first. It is locates at the pretty calm street but sometimes but sometimes it was a little bit noisy couse of motorbikes

Good location, a lot of cafes, markets were nearby. Just 10 min to the beach. The room was big, comfortable bed. It was possible to leave our luggage after check out.

I stayed for a week and there was no housekeeping during my stay to empty bins, refresh towels, provide toilet paper etc.

Not as clean overall. Have some ants on the floor, a visible stain on the bedsheet, and a small refrigerator that looks a bit abandoned and under-maintained. And cash payment only.

As expected for the money paid, stable wifi. Location is close to streets with shops etc.

Hard to communicate with the property, since booking.com source the property from other parties. There is no direct contact between us with the property manager. Difficulty in check-in, no front desk and no one really stand by, so you need to guess where to knock. No daily cleanups, I stayed there for the whole weeks, I've to clean my bed every day. No rubbish pickup from room, need to go outside to threw it myself.

The newly built property, everything still look fresh and new. Clean property, and many attractions around Legian and Kuta is within walking distance (0-5km). Local foods and restaurants can be easily ordered from delivery app.

Poor organisation and communication . After messaging the property about my booking to let them know my flight got in late and my arrival time would be late there was no one to check me in. I had to wander around for 30minutes calling out before anyone came to check me in. The same happened in the morning when I needed to check out by 9:30. No one was there and the I had to pay the nights accommodation fee to the cleaner.
