The sharing shower and outside toilet a lil inconvenient for me.

It's actually beyond my expectations. I thought I'll just laying down and have a rest, the facts that I played with the light and super happy with my capsule is unpredictable 😁

I loved the concept. The bed was comfortable, and it's super convenient if you just need to sleep a night before your next flight. The staff was super nice!

the walls very very thin... I coiuld hear everything in the rooms around me, so some cladding/sound-deadening would make a lot of difference.... also more the 3 channels on the tv would be great.... maybe have the option for people to log in to their own netflix accounts etc, or cast their movies from their personal devices to the tv in the room

It's right in the airport, you just go to the upper floor. I didn't sleep, just left my stuff, and took a shower. But the capsule is comfy. The toilets are shared, but the shower room is big, clean and comfortable.

I arrived at terminal 3 at night, slept here, took the free shuttle bus to terminal 1 early in the morning, and took the morning flight at terminal 1. How convenient it was!

the showers were not clean and the toilets weren’t either.

the pods are more spacious than I thought. Very convenient sleep for a few hours and get my flight.

Lighting in tolilet is rather dim. A bit scary 😅😅😅 please improve on that.

no air con in pod, only a fan. heated up very quickly with door closed. also very noisy with other guests coming and going and speaking loudly in sleeping room. shower not clean

capsule had everything you needed, with chargers and TV. also conveniently located in the terminal. allowed early check in

Mattresses should be thicker as quite uncomfortable. Two pillows or longer one would be good. People kept TVs on loud all night so should make it so can only use at low volume or with headphones

You do hear everything so for light sleepers, you won’t get any shut eye. I eventually fell asleep for 3 hours.

It was conveniently located for anyone who just needs a place to stay for an early connection.

Since people are coming in and out, it can be a little bit noisy, so light sleepers might not sleep as well as they could. But it wasn't a big problem for me. I also read in the comments that check-in time was flexible. It wasn't when I showed up. It says check-in is at 2 PM, so no surprise there. Just mentionning since I read in other comments that it was flexible.

Location is very good when you have to stay in the airport. It's convenient, with storage and access to showers and toilets. The wifi is also good.

It's basically a huge dorm, i.e. you should wear earplugs as the cabines do not isolate sound from the big hall where there's always someone coming, going or talking. Also, the "beep"-sound of the lockers and cabins when opened is disturbung. Showers and toilets were reasonably clean but not exceptionally. At some shower gel was missing.

A bit expensive, but with that you pay the tranquility of sleeping directly at the airport, i.e. five minutes walking from check-in at Terminal 3 (international departures). Clean linen, comfortable mattress, good ventilation. Personal locker for hand luggage-sized bags, general storage room for big luggage. Friendly and English-speaking staff.

I booked for Terminal 3, but later found out that my flight is now from Terminal 2. I asked the staff whether it's possible for me to change the booking to the one in Terminal 2, and after checking the availability he told me it's possible. And I think the one in T2 is better than T3 because the shower room & toilet is inside the room, and it looks new compared to the one in T3.

In general it was what you would expect, a practical place to spend a night waiting for your flight. Maybe the bathroom could be a bit better.

It is a very practical hotel, if you need to stay the night at the airport it works perfectly.

The noise insulation could be better, I can hear somebody snore and chatting. The USB port for charging did not work, and I wish they provide AC electric outlet to charge my laptop.

The location is superb, it is exactly under the domestic departure gate.
