Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is in a great location, just outside the busy centre of Ubud but only a short taxi or a 30min walk away. The breakfast was really good with a great menu to choose from. However, the best part was the amazing staff who were so welcoming and friendly.

Very courteous staff who bent over backwards greeting you when entering or leaving the property. Breakfast was delicious, limited a la carte. We were upgraded from a room to a villa because they could not give us a room with 2 single beds.

This place was a little oasis after going around Ubud all day. I just loved this hotel. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful, huge tub. bed was extra comfy, the whole room was very clean, especially the bathroom, which was important to me. Staff was extra helpful, the hotel’s restaurant was also above my expectations. They really payed attention to the small details, like giving us our own robes, leaving hand-written comments on the bed etc. All in all, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and very welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious with an amazing shower! The most comfortable king size bed/pillows. A lovely veranda to sit and have your coffee with a fan. The hotel has beautiful scenery and is picturesque in itself. AMAZING breakfast every morning with a variety of choice from cooked breakfasts to granola/ fruit options. Took advantage of the spa and had very lovely massages/facials. The pool area is great to sit by and pool towels provided. Food in the evening was delicious and amazing value for money. Cocktails were lovely also. Not far to ubud, a 40 min walk or 10 minute taxi. Staff at reception were very helpful in organising us taxis for excursions. Airport transfer organised before arrival, very easy to do and reliable.

We loved our stay for our honeymoon, we had two nights at Dinara and didn’t want to leave. The staff were the friendliest in Bali, rooms were great, loved the big showers, pool is beautiful. The restaurant next door is ridiculously delicious, great breakfast included in our stay. We also had a couples massage and it was great. A very friendly, safe and relaxing vibe, great attention to detail.

United StatesThe hotel is located outside the town, a shuttle was available and taxis we're easy to get and very affordable. The hotel does not have ramps making it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. The staff was very helpful to ensure my husband could get around.
The room was modern and spacious. The bathroom was big and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were outstanding friendly and helpful. The restaurant had delicious food and many choices. Very relaxing atmosphere.
