When I booked I did not realise the hotel was not finished. lacking in quite a few areas, such as spa, and unfinished gardens etc. Needed quite a bit of maintenance done. Although did not impact our stay. Dining staff and beach bar staff were excellent. To make a suggestion, a turn down service would be good, as when we got back from going out, the room was dark, pool lights were not working. Another resort came at night and put mosquito coils on and also scented oil in room, also turned on lamps and put bed curtains down. Just a nice touch and no cost involved for you, other than available staff. Also would have preferred 2 outside chairs and a table rather than day bed, as it was difficult to sit outside comfortably. Otherwise we had a lovely time. Thank you. Regards Lee and David Sheridan

Our room was lovely and we were upgraded to a private pool villa. Very good location, right on beach which was lovely, although not a good swimming beach. They made a real fuss of my for my birthday, with my bed decorated and a fancy slice of cake. Staff sang happy birthday to me that evening.

    The breakfst wasnt great.

We are a family of 5 and had a 2 bedroom villa. Our teens loved the resort and the nearby area. The room was very clean and the staff where all very friendly and helpful. The resort has been closed for a few years after Covid and is now slowely opening up. The resort was quiet as not all the rooms have been opened.

There were literally no one staying there. The restrictions was not operating, there was no kid friendly buffet, or spa, or beach club. The pool was way too warm to swim in and was cloudy, there was no life/vibe/atmosphere. The facilities advertised were not available, very disappointing for the price.

    Comfortable beds
