Overall nice place, good beds, clean,... Really helpfull people, i lost my credit card in Lombok (i know, stupid), but they helped me to get it back. Agus helped us to get it back. Scooters are available at the hostel, Agus also brought us to the port so we didn't have to walk with our luggage.

Location is a bit far away from restaurants and amenities but not a problem if you drive a scooter.

Free breakfast was decent, hostel was extremely clean and bed sheets are changed daily which is not common for a hostel. Scooter rental and free water are available. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Agus Ade who I had a great chat with and advised me on booking a boat back to Bali.

I absolutely love the atmosphere at the hostel. Specially the crew, Agus Ade helped me a lot during my stay, by showing and explaining about the tours, the facilities and he also helped me to cash out! I’ll definitely come back!

Staff could have been more supportive when I came down with an illness. I'd been up vomiting all night and asked if one of them could pop to the pharmacy to pick up some medication. It would have only taken 10-minutes round trip, but they said they had to have 2 people on the desk. A bit more empathy in the situation would have gone a long way.

-toilet/shower inside the dorm room is not the best solution imo (might wake up every time someone is brushing his/her teeth or taking a shower)

I liked everything about the hostel, the bed was great, it's was super clean, but the best part of all was the staff, particularly Chacha! She had the best energy and was extremely helpful.

- Location; it’s pretty far from everything - They have building work going on at the moment and insanely loud drilling woke us up one day at 7am. This is unacceptable; there’s no reason why they can’t wait a couple more hours to be respectful of guests sleeping. I would have rated 9/10 if it hadn’t been for this - Individual lights by each bed would be nice

- Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - The rooms and bathrooms were super clean - There were two large bathrooms per dorm and the showers had good pressure, but no hot water - Nice seating area by reception and beanbags on each terrace to the dorms - Can book tours etc via the hostel, although it’s cheaper to just rent a scooter and do it yourself - The breakfast was fab! Toast, tea, coffee, fruits, mini pancakes and other extras - Decent Wi-Fi - Very comfy bed, with plug socket next to it (some of the sheets need changing though as they’re old and stained) - Very large locker/wardrobe - Tea and a cold flannel on arrival was very much welcomed!

if you don’t ride a motorbike you will struggle to find decent restaurants around. Besides breakfast there aren’t any food options available at the hostel. For most meals we ended up getting delivery, which the staff at the hostel delivered straight to our door :) very kind of them.
