They only have one restaurant that is open during our stay and few choices of dishes but it’s understandable because they just re-open their hotel because of the covid-19 pandemic.

Breakfast was good and the staffs are able to cater to our special diets' requests. There was a 20 minutes tour of the hotel which give us an understanding of the hundred years old ship. Great place to view sun rise and set. I will definitely be back if I visit Bintan again.

It is a very unique experience of staying on a ship that was built around the same time as Titanic. it was especially meaningful when the owner Mr. Saw was there to give us a live historical tour to learn about the past and present of this master piece of engineering and art.

The burger was so so. It would be great if they sold some snacks. They had a little souvenir store that wasn’t opened throughout the day but they were very willing to open it specially for you upon request.

I was on the ship for 2 months in 2007 and I cannot thank the owner, Mr Eric Saw enough for maintaining the legacy of the ship while refurbishing it to make the experience more comfortable for the guests. My wife and I love the inspiring and moving conversations with Mr Eric, and I enjoyed exploring the ship and spotting items that were preserved from the ship’s sailing days. Though the restaurant’s menu options were limited, the food was awesome. We had Nanas Goreng every meal (highly recommended!) and love the Salmon En Croute, Doulos Phos Fried Rice and Fried Gurami. Breakfast was sumptuous, and the infinity pool plus the sunset view is unbeatable. The staff were warm and helpful too.

it will be perfect and complete if the hotel can improve on Inhouse activities, entertainment and more options of food. maybe even offer water sports and other activities so that guests need not travel out of the hotel to be entertained.

very convenient and near to the ferry terminal. hotel provides car for transfer to and fro. The person in charge Mei provide superb excellent service since I booked and until I arrive. All the staff including the front desk are super friendly and helpful. our family even met the owner Eric and he is jovial, kind and thoughtful

It was the worst £100 spent for a night. The hotel is next to the ferry terminal but far away from any activities or places of interest.

Everything. Amenities mentioned were "under maintenance" or "not ready yet". Premises not friendly for mobility challenged. Meals take forever to arrive. NIL activities available. Overquoted for transport arrangements. The worst thing was that electricity went out at night. Then owner woke us up at 3am for a non emergency and turned aggressive.

I really can't recommend the place despite the great view and the appealing idea of staying on a ship. Breakfast is really terrible in both variety and quality. Room has a lot of mosquitoes despite staying on a high floor. Quite inconvenient with no atm or mart or activities, no bar at night and the club lounge was not opened. The reception staff, while friendly, is not the best. Doesn't even know where the atm is. The worst thing was when I enquired about the hotel spa prices, for some insane reasons, they decided to send me the price list of some random spa? It was only when I finished with the spa session at the hotel was I given a rude shock in the form of a bill that twice the price of what the brochure said. When I asked the reception what the hell was that about, all they said was sorry, that was some other random spa, not the hotel one. What?!?

The beauty and history of the ship, and the views from the deck. The room was very clean including the balcony. It is very close to the ferry terminal which is a big plus.

it’s unique experience to stay on a more than 100years old ship, especially this ship has the same engine system as Titanic, hotel staff organized a tour to tell the story about the ship, it’s quite interesting. beside history, the view from the ship hotel is amazing, can see sunrise and sender without blocking. the infinity swimming pool is plus
