In time hopefully there will be more facilities, the gym is not well maintained and the spa doesn't seem to be in use either. The infinity pool however looks pleasant.

-The location is barely minutes away from the ferry terminal and it has a nice unobstructed view of the sea -the rooms are clean and spacious, I booked 3 rooms and 1 of which were given free upgrade -breakfast menu varies daily thus is not boring -the restaurant staffs even sang birthday song for my uncle and gave a free birthday cake which is a very nice gesture -accommodate my request for early check in for all 3 rooms

Dining area is not closed and inundated with houseflies which do not let you eat in peace, besides posing a health hazard in the dining area ! Also food menu very limited. Specially fully vegetarian choices very limited. For youngsters and kids, you need more activities to engage them. (Not applicable to us !!!!)

The transportation is very expensive

They have a ship tour which tell us about the history of the ship and and can see the engine room. Breakfast half buffer half ala carte, the taste is very good.

While we understand that the property is very new I think it would be much more profitable for them to have water activities given the wonderful location.

The spa facility was unfortunately under renovation. There's also not a lot of options around for grocery shopping.

It was a unique experience and the ship hotel was very impressive.. Conveniently located next to the ferry terminal and easy to book activities within Bintan Island.

The balcony is very sweet and make me feel very peaceful. Sea view is fantastic. Staff is very kind. The room is unique, tall people need to be careful to hit the ceiling if raise hand but it was a cruise before so understand. I would definitely come back again when more facilities open in the future. Like the vibe and also the theme of this hotel.

The food is very bad, and also the breakfast. This is even a bigger problem as the hotel is isolated from the island more crowded areas. So, you need to pay a 30USD each time you want to go somewhere. They should have put in place a regular shuttle to Langoi Bay.

The hotel is original and the rooms are clean. A nice swimming pull with a sea view. The people are also very nice and helpful.

Living in a hotel / ship / museum was a new experience for us! We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project. Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one! It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.
