The Villa was amazing, the bed was extremely big and comfortable. The service was great too, cleaned everyday and then a visit again in the afternoon to inspect for mosquitoes. It was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay.

Great location easy to get around. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Very quite location. Breakfast was simple but always delivered and set up on time. The villa was serviced everyday. It is very spacious. Pool was clean and a divine temperature. Beautiful staff who were extremely kind and helpful. Security on the gate at night was also nice. We will return. And I will be recommending to friends and family for future visits to Bali.

Australiajust a couple things not a big deal no hand towels to dry your hands when you are finished in the toilet as example also ourselves like to clean up after using the dishes there wasn’t any tea towels to dry the dishes
downtown villas are in a great spot close to Legian st & Bintang market very quiet area also we stayed in a one bedroom deluxe villa very spacious nice size pool also a very modern look and the staff very helpful do anything for you definitely stay there again in the future

Cambodiathis is probably the worst experience of my entire life in 36 years. Booking photos were taken 10 years ago. the villa is very old. the floor on the balcony creaks and is full of holes. scared to go out there. surely a piece of torn wood can pierce the leg. the light in the room is yellow and dark. I had to use a flashlight to find something. immediately my eyes began to hurt - a very dark and yellow light. there are no doors in the toilet. bathroom is terrible. all old and stained. I was horrified when I saw this. outlets next to the bed broken. I got electrocuted when I tried to turn on the lamp near the bed. they all hang around and around the outlets as if there was a flood. the hotel manager is very angry and shouted that all the guests like everything, but I don't like it. she is very unpleasant and aggressive and screamed 10 times for us to go to another hotel, since we don’t like everything. And we only have two days. I can't spend. time for travel. she also screamed that all the guests always charged their phones without any problems, and my iPhone cannot be charged. in the end, when they tried to plug my phone charger 20 times into the socket, they broke it. and she continued to yell at me that I blame her for nothing. there is only a beautiful pool - everything else is terrible. If you don't want to ruin your holiday, don't come here. the walls are all torn at the bottom. The last time they did a renovation here was 20 years ago. downstairs is very old terrible furniture. I have never stayed in such a terrible place. and the worst thing is the manager. they brought me an extension cord to charge my phone - very short. I have to sleep upside down. horrible old bathroom. the place to brush your teeth is dirty and broken. Water keeps dripping and won't shut off. shower is a separate issue. there is only a vertical shower, that is, even if you do not want to wash your hair, you will have to wash it.

AustraliaUnfortunately the back deck area was quite rundown, with pieces of the metal fence fallen off but not replaced and wooden deck flooring that was not secured in many places. Toilet paper and water was not regularly replaced and we had to ask for more paper twice. Walls were very thin between villas so neighbours were heard very clearly

AustraliaOur villa (number 8) looked nothing like the images. The place could use some real TLC. We stayed with kids and wasn’t really safe for them. All decking on balconies and pool were loose and you could think at any minute you’d fall through them. Air conditioners upstairs were really weak which meant it was pretty hot when sleeping.

United Arab EmiratesAs above: The property requires some work to bring it up to the standard of the pictures. I understand the struggles over the last few years so hopefully after tourists return money is invested as this property as it could be amazing with a little TLC. It’s comfortable, bed linen changed every 2 days, only bath towels no hand towels or face cloths and lacking a fully equipped kitchen and little things to make it a holiday home.
Bali has been closed for the last 2 years so my review is based on how this country has struggled with no tourists. The property has great potential with a bit of maintenance and care. We have enjoyed our holiday here but haven’t spent much time in the villa as we have used the free access to The Blue Zea hotel which has been great as there’s a gym and swimming pool. It is comfortable enough and a really large space.

AustraliaUnfortunately there was a few things that didn’t make the stay perfect here. The bathrooms had no doors and the shower pressure was horrible (We had to wash our hair outside at the shower by the pool). Daily cleaning was good but multiple times they forgot to replace our toilet paper. The toaster had a UK plug so was unusable. The pool was freezing. Wifi only worked in certain areas of the Villa.
This villa is very spacious and the outdoor area/pool is huge. Having filtered water to drink was good. It was also a friends birthday while we were there and I organised decorations/cake which was set up lovely! Was also nice that staff came to spray the room with bug spray daily.
