How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I had arranged with hotel via WhatsApp for an 20:00 pick-up (scheduled pick-up time). Arrived early at 19:40 at the designated pick-up area and waited until 20:56 until the pick-up finally arrived and it was an old shabby van. I was quite angry at being made to wait for more than an hour. And despite having arranged beforehand with the hotel, the staff sent me WhatsApp asking where I was waiting. There’s no eatery or convenience store near hotel. Staff told me room service was 24 hours but when I rang at 03:45, I was told the kitchen was busy with pre-dawn meal and the cook wasn’t there. So I had to eat buffet ‘breakfast’ (which cost a lot more compared to an ala carte meal) and then paid by card as hotel didn’t accept cash.
Hotel was modern, lobby was beautiful, room was small but comfortable for one-night stay. The transfer back to the airport was so much better than the pick-up

Early morning phone call from reception (at 2am!) to remind us that breakfast was starting early due to Ramadan. The shuttle bus was shabby, hot and cramped, not enough seating for everyone.
Convenient for the airport with a free shuttle bus. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty, but the choice was limited.

Much mosquitos but they were exterminated by the staff immediately. At the restaurant I ordered my food first but 5 minutes afterwards there was a meeting going on and my meal took nearly an hour to get done even though it was 2 dishes.
The staff were very friendly and the meal was nice, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

The front desk staffs are too busy to chk in for us properly. No wifi password given.

Room was small, but that wasn't much of a problem. Mostly it was that workers were making construction noise inside the hotel walls in the night.
Beautiful lobby and restaurant on the ground floor! Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioner was turned on prior to my arrival. Bathroom was nicely tiled and very clean.

Need to improve the cleanliness.. a visit from pest control regularly will be better..
Cheap and have a view to runway.. surprisingly I barely can’t hear the noise from the airplane..

The check out time
May you note the location far away from the famous mall ,1 hour from hotel . So it’s good place to stay for 1 night.

Going there by Grab taxi takes 25 minutes, even the distance shown as 3 km. Bathroom doesn't habe a sinkt, wash the hands in the shower. No informations how to connect to one of about sich wlans.
Good price to spend a few hours instead staying in the airport. Clean.

- staff did not answer questions via email - shuttle from the airport is very infrequent (every 2 hours), so not really useful and we had to take an uber (87.000 IDR) - safe in the room did not work - area around the hotel is not nice ( no restaurants etc.) - unrequested wake-up calls in the morning (4 am although we wanted to take the shuttle at 6 am) - totally inacceptable

The airport shuttle left 20 min late. This, I think, is a very important service for a hotel by an airport and I'd expect it to be their priority. We could have slept this much longer or had breakfast at their restaurant if we knew this would happen. The hallways were carpeted and I guess, since it was a quite dated hotel there was a funny smell which lingered in these carpets. We had a window in our room which faced the hotel's hallway. Despite the window blind, the light from the hallway was an annoyance, and the constant chatting and passing by of the hotel guests didn't help with a good night's sleep.
Not much comes to mind. It was okay to stay one night before our flight. The bathroom seemed clean enough.

The position. It should not be shown as an airport hotel. It took us 4+hrs to get thére from landing in Jakarta

The entrance was very hard to find.
The room was clean. The staff were super friendly and nice and very accommodating. And the shuttle service is very good. Even you have an early connection, the shuttle service is already available.

The staff seems really unmotivated, they don't have a rooftop bar. Somehow I expected it, if they mention anywhere it's a lie.
They offer free shuttle and the room was clean and comfy. Good price-value ratio.

The traffic - hardly the hotels fault of course but you have to consider it when going to the airport...which is in sight (literally) but to get to the terminal 2 takes almost 30 minutes. Same applies to getting to the hotel from the city, always heavy traffic...it´s simply Jakarta.
A nice clean hotel in vicinity of JKT airport. Simple but comfy rooms, effective and friendly staff, good restaurant and very nice breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport is a big plus. In general, simple but very functional hotel near airpot, ideal for short stays between the flights. Would use it again.
