IT IS A SCAM. We had an international flight at 9 am so we choose this hotel in order to sleep as late as possible since it is so close to the airport. Initially we were thinking to take the shuttle at 6am, but we were advised to take the one at 5 am by the receptionist. We got a call at 3.15 in the night from the receptionist telling us that because of traffic it was better if we left with the 4am shuttle, cause it could take us up to 1-2 hrs to get to the airport (usually it takes 17 mins). Unfortunately we decided to trust the receptionist and we got to the airport in 15 min. Absolutely NO TRAFFIC whatsoever. Moreover, other persons on the same shuttle had a flight with departure time 7am and they were not advised to leave earlier because of traffic. It became quite obvious that they SCAMMED US because they had probably filled the 5am shuttle with other pol or whatever reason; in the end the LIED IN OUR FACES. I do not suggest you go there. Moreover the hotel is in a very bad neighborhood, it didn’t feel safe to even go buy something at a store 500 m away.

Restaurant is good. Bedrooms are fine, although I was given a non-smoking room that smelled like someone had a pack of cigarettes in there the previous day. Moreover, one of the bedrooms didn’t have a sink in the bathroom, so you have to brush your teeth and wash your face directly in the shower.

Sent two messages through booking.com and one email prior to arrival to check booking and reserve airport shuttle. On arrival was informed our rooms had been cancelled as we hadn’t arrived by 3pm despite stating our flights arrival time. We were offered a room in another of their properties which we declined and they did in time check us in. Asked repeatedly about the airport shuttle, arrived in reception 15mins before as suggested to be told the shuttle was full and we weren’t booked on to it. We therefore ended up getting a taxi at our expense.

Room was ok for the price, restaurant had a range of food available, lobby was nice

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL. They messaged us THE DAY we were supposed to check in saying there was ‘maintenance’ and we were being moved to another hotel. I’ve seen this mentioned on other reviews. The whole point in booking this hotel was to stay close to the airport for our flight the next day, but the new hotel was much further away. When we asked at the new hotel the reason for the change, we were told the original hotel was ‘overbooked’. Staff and shuttle times very unhelpful - so had to book our own taxi much further to get to the hotel. Absolute joke, I would urge anyone not to book a stay at this hotel.

The receptionist, who didn’t speak a proper English, called us at 4:50 AM to ask something we already solved the day before. Never seen in my life… Rooms were not completely clean and there were bugs in them.

great hotel very bad managed: they do not answer in time regarding stuttle, the girls at the reception are the less welcoming I ever saw, always a NO as an answer, at bre akfast you have to ask for amything: jam, knife etc. plates so small you need lens to see them, no smoking rooms , no ANY place to smoke in the all hotel, the do not acccept payment in cash, not a chair in the room, not a towel for hands, not a piece of soap....

The smell in Allie’s is not good. My room was full of mosquito and few cockroaches.

We came to the hotel and receptionist told us that our room in not available because of maintanance. We were very tired after flight and they have transported us to the other hotel far away. Then they changed time of our transport to the aiport next day and we were not sure if we will be on time on the aiport. Also receptionist informed us wrong about our terminal and we arrived on wrong terminal on the aiport. Driver told us in last moment about it. Very unproffesionsl. We were disappointed. We should get at least water and food in the hotel because of this situation. We Got nothing.

Our phone was called on both nights and woke us up. I know hotels can’t help this stuff but it was weird. We also had someone knocking on our door at 6 am. WiFi is pretty terrible and there are no vegetarian food options in the hotel. Very disappointing.

The shower was good and the bed was clean. Airport transfer was helpful.

Most other things not up to expectations: 1. Breakfast - I arrived at 8:30am and there was basically nothing left! I think tour groups had eaten pretty much everything, even though breakfast is supposed to go until 9:00am. Literally no juice, fruit, cakes, etc. available. I had a small cup of coffee and some noodles (all that was left), and had to ask for help just to get some milk for my coffee. Poor service and had to get breakfast myself at the airport! 2. Shuttle - The room reservation says that there is an airport shuttle included and that it runs about every 30 minutes. Not true - it stops running relatively early in the evening and only goes once an hour during the day. I booked for a 9am shuttle and kept having to ask where it was, until I finally got it at 9:25. Stressful experience for an airport hotel! 3. Internet - Wasn't working well. Spotty in the evening and morning. 4. Noisy room - I was just there to sleep between flights for the night, and it was so noisy! It sounded from 3am like there was a washing machine whooshing right above my head. Weird noises, and then lots of commotion a few hours later in the morning. 5. Accidental phone calls - Someone from reception woke me up accidentally calling my room at 7am. Not a good thing when you're trying to catch a few hours of sleep. Verdict: Maybe an okay hotel if you are staying for a day and don't care about convenience of getting to the airport to catch a flight on time, and if you get up early to avoid the tour groups eating everything. Zero stars for helpfulness of staff and ability to get a good night sleep. I regretted booking this as it's a solid 20 minute drive from the airport and it cost 150,000 IDR to get a taxi here at night. Should have stuck with the hotel in the actual airport for a transit option! Honestly, no idea where the "Excellent" reviews are coming from here... it's not horrible but was a frustrating place to stay on many fronts.

It's a nice enough looking hotel - the lobby is bright and breakfast room is spacious. As a female traveling alone for work, I felt safe.

The property didn't reply to my request for airport transfer, despite promising it free of charge for all guests. as a result I had to take an expensive airport taxi. The room had no window, which was not mentioned in the description

They don’t answer messages. Receptionist doesn’t know basic information about shuttle bus schedule also she was asked to book for us a ride to the Airport which she didn’t although she confirmed she did. Rooms and corridors are not so clean. Shuttle bus did not arrive on its schedule.

Only accepting card. I just back from my 8 days quarantine and waiting for another flight to my city.i Brought dollar with me and IDR cash. But they didnt accept. They didnt inform if they only accepting card. The room a bit exhaust because no window and very small. Very far from supermarket and public transport.
