We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I'm still dreaming about Dream Beach Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured and tidied everyday. Breakfast was simple and offered in a lovely spot overlooking the pool area. The location is lovely and quiet. I would definitely go back.

NetherlandsThe accommodation just opened after two years of shutdown during the corona pandemic. You can witness this by some rust here and there. But we were the second guests and the owner works hard restarting the business. He’s still restoring all the cabins.
Nice cozy cabins. New air conditioning machines which cooled well. A little noisy, but we turned it off and the room kept cool the entire night. The atmosphere at G LUna is great. It was close to Dream Beach en Devils Tears and also close to some nice restaurants. The owner also brought us to the Yellow Bridge to get a boat to Nusa Penida. Free of charge

United StatesThe pictures and reviews on booking.com were very misleading. Pulling up to this hotel was a shocker as it was far below what we were expecting. It looks like this hotel is not well taken care of with too many issues to list here. If this was the only place to stay in Nusa Lembongan then we would cancel our trip to the island. Do NOT recommend!
The hotel price was very affordable but the stay and amenities were the reason for the cheap price.

Location close to the one and only Devil's Tear and Dream Beach. Close to the Yellow Bridge. Room is beautiful, and staffs were amazing. Owner and staffs will tell you which places should we visit and told us about do's and don't to keep up safe. Worth the price, i think i'm gonna back again.
