Lack of Maintenance on the facility was starting to show. Could have used more drinking water, even two bottles a day would have been good. Probably best not to use sheets that were died pink from being washed with red items, but at least they were clean.

Close to the beach. More remote than most places.

At booking it was indicated that breakfast would be available for 50.000 IDR. They also do offer breakfast, but according to the menu for a different (higher) price than what was indicated at booking.

About a 25 minute walk through rice fields to Tanah lot square but cheap and quick uber/gojek trip , not too much around but good if that’s what you are after. Shower & toilet slightly on older/worn side but nothing to complain about. Overall satisfied

Staff were so helpful & accomodating. Pool villa is a lovely place to hang out, the breakfast & food menu was quite good value for money too. Few minute walk to beach & aircon was fantastic. Would stay again for a quiet break , quite a few cafes up the road.

We were for NY eve especially escape from busy area. In the night couldn’t sleep until 0.30, cuz mysic from cafe Swell was really load, like in our room… its okay, usually cafe working intil 10pm But 1 january 8 am workers started repair exactly our house with noice and hammering. In general doesn’t matter what day is that, any day…why cannot do it in check out time? When no guest already.

Nice location, friendly staff, i asked extra pillows for use that on bed for secure my baby, all was welcomed.

It is just a min walk to the beach. very quiet. Staff are nice and very accommodating. You can experience beach and rice fields at the same time. Good sunset view and less crowd on beach for surfing.

Private, quiet, and tucked away in Kedungu, all while being 2 mins walking to Kedungu Beach and The Beach Love. 10-minute walk to Tanah Lot Temple through the rice fields for sunset was perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the rooftop shala on my villa overlooked rice fields to the ocean.

Rooms are small and other guests need to pass nearby your room window to get to other apartment (you can hide it with curtain but still it is not so comfortable). Host could think about organizing drinkable water for guests - just buy big gallon of water instead of small bottles which you give to every guest as a welcome pack. It is really needed to get rid of plastic in Bali. Please think about it.

The staff was wonderful. The location couldn't have been any better ... you are at Kedungu beach in 1 min. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and there were baby cows right on the next property.

Our room wasn't cleaned for the duration of out stay. The room amenities lacked a hot water kettle, and a few International tv channels would of been nice.

The beds were very hard. The hot water was not consistent. Low water pressure. Found mouse poo in our bed several nights. Only 2 bath towels provided-no wash cloth.

The breakfast was very good and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderful. We rented a bike for $11 per day. The hotel was right beside beach love- a must for sunset. There is also Kedungu Beach within walking distance-good for surfing. Right down the road are several nice restaurants for dinner/lunch (Downtown Kedungu) and breakfast (Little Ripper Cafe).
