The properties look older than in pictures (at booking.com), facilities look very used, the sink almost roten, the light switch were shaky, the towels hanger was shaky.

Location is strategic. Facilities are basic available. Clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. Price is good.

Bathroom was dirty with moldy curtain. Also it was clear that nobody checked the room before our stay, because there was spider in big spiderweb in the bathroom. There was dust in the bedroom.

The staff was nice. Swimmingpool and common area was really cool with lot of plants and fish. It was okay for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer..

The bathroom is very old and I felt like it is not cleaned properly in detail from time to time. The lights in the room were quite weak, sometimes like a cave with candles.

The pool is awesome, at night the vibe is really cool. The location is also perfect, there are plenty of options around to eat, drink and party. The price is reasonable.

Little bit apart from city center -malioboro and also from the train station (if coming from the airport by train). But grab is not expensive from there. There are also travel agencies and for any activity they can pick you up from the hotel.

Well located to have lunch & dinner next to cool bars & restaurants. Beautiful common areas, cared vegetation and trees and swimming pool well maintained.

A beautiful oasis in the busy town. Different, westerners oriented, bars and restaurants around. Superior room is definitely worth the extra. Nice swimming pool.

The rooms are a little bit outdated but thats all.

Staff was super friendly and helped us arrange a trip to bromo. The room was fine, good enough. The pool and fitness area were a nice addition to the stay. The location is a bit out of city centre highlights but still in a very nice street with many restaurants.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our days at duta guest house they rooms are really nice comparate with the price 10/10 and the pool and they gardens is the most wonderful part and everything is very close to the hotel I would definitely stay many more days in fact we had to reserve a couple more days because we loved it

Room is not soundproof, live music from cafe nearby can be heard.

Location, friendly staff, we got room no. 30 and it's perfect, big room, nice terrace, aircon, hot water works properly. Locatiin also perfect, 100m from 24h circle k, restaurants, cafe, are averywhere arround. Price is good.

I expected more from the room. Quite small, not well lit, the walls were pained once ages ago (indonesian style I would say, after all the rooms I've seen here). Some ants living with us. These are not a big deal problems, but still I expected better.

A nice, clean, well located hotel with helpful service. Nice pool to have a swim after a hot day on Yogya. Quiet location.

Rooms and equipment are very basic, somewhat used and old - don't expect anything fancy. At the pool you can't lay down anywhere, only chairs available.

Really beautiful and calm garden, nice pool, cosy seating areas/verandas in front of the rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall clean, great location! For the days in which we had to leave the hotel very early in the morning, they prepared some breakfast boxes for us :) You can have a massage in the room.

I was here for work so smooth wifi was a must. I did not know to now that there was a paid wifi option....which id probably have used. Wifi was unstable and wery weak!!
