The stairs and split levels. It was hard with kids. I didn’t know it had 3 levels. I thought the bedrooms were all on the second level. Which made sleeping arrangements really hard

Loved the bed and pillows and the pool inside the rooms.

The wifi was not good and our room entrance was located right next to the reception. We had to use data even when in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are old, we first arrived the bed and towels all looked old and didn't feel very clean at all. We requested to change and they were able to provide much newer and cleaner towels and bedding. Lots of ants in the bathroom but that can't be help as there is a little outdoor covered bathtub connected to the bathroom but no ants in the room.

Service is not upto the mark,we have daily call for keeping towels after room cleaning Villa pool is not clean or maintained,no one came to clean pool after requesting also Breakfast is too boring First floor room is too big to get cooling of its installed AC and littrally it’s horrible to sleep with sweating although you keep temperature lowest Plus ground living room with pool don’t have AC but only fan

Location is good and many good indian restaurants nearby plus it’s walking distance from Kuta beach

Unexpected room arrangement over three levels, it's important to note that the main bedroom resides on level 1, and the second room (ideal for kids) on level 2. For some, this multi-level setup may pose a challenge, differing from the conventional rooms-on-the-same-level expectation. Additionally, the co-location of the dining area and hand/dish washing basin on the same bench might not suit everyone's preferences. Some may find this arrangement less than ideal due to personal preferences regarding meal preparation and space utilization."

Pool was a bit cold which I didnt mind but not suited to my daughter.. lol, because it didn’t get any sun during the day. Air con was great.

Great property. Lovely room and facilities. Staff were great. Highly recommend. We only stayed for one night but that night was great after our flight. Lots of good restaurants around especially the Irish pub across the road :) Shared pool out the front was lovely too.

Stray dogs always lurking outside the main gate.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Inside pool was an interesting find. Staff were exceptionally helpful, shoutout to Lisa.

I could not find the light switches to turn off the lights in the bedroom so i had to pull the plug on the lamps and sleep with the bathroom light left on. There was hair on the bed down stairs so it was not cleaned properly and I had a massage through the hotel which was more of a light rub down, they arrived late and didnt have change so I had to pay more. The breakfast was late even though they asked me what time it was meant to come and when i got it, it was cold. The pool outside has water fountains and not very inviting as it was too noisy.

The bed in the room upstairs was super comfy and the layout of the room was excellent. The pool downstairs was a little chilly but absolutely wonderful. The room service is super quick. The gardens were beautiful and the staff were lovely.

The rooms are just amazing with private plunge pools and large comfortable beds in air conditioned rooms. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and Discovery Mall. Staff were friendly and helpful

The cat poo around the pool, and no door to close off to the private pool in our villa for our youngest not to get in by himself.

The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee cups were stained. The breakfast menu was poor with limited options. Even the food quality was poor.

Nice area of Kuta.. very easy to walk around from here. Rooms are very comfy.
