We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The area is large, many trees and plants so it is very comfort. I've book a deluxe room with pool view balcony. Very clean room and great view from the balcony. The pool is also clean and kids friendly. The restaurant is superb, luxurious design, comfortable. It serve delicious food. The fruit juice is so thick, like no other hotel with the same rate. love it.

Good location, we can go to Ijen and travel can pick up at the hotel without extra cost. Breakfast is good, staff very friendly, room are clean enough, hotel facilities are very well maintained, kids friendly.

United KingdomA perfectly decent business hotel that offers good value deals for weekend stays. They are 30 minutes away from the ferry crossing from Bali. Nothing outstanding. Just a comfy and adequate Hotel. Don't expect any charm or Boutique appeal though. Convenient for night-time climbs of Ijen.

AustraliaThe room looks unkept, especially the bathroom looks old, when we arrived the toilet was not clean, because it was late at night we were too tired and thought housekeeping would clean it tomorrow. To be honest this is not the best room I've ever been in, previously when I stayed with my parents the room was good, maybe needs some maintenance as the wood is broken on the back of the toilet door and the switch for the bathroom on the wall next to the sink is hanging dangerously (because it was loose and we can see the wires). Then we had a problem with our shower as the shower faucet was very loose and it ended up falling on the floor but this was fixed by the maintenance guy. The last problem we had was when we checked in the receptionist clearly told us that our booking included breakfast, we didn't check our booking because we just arrived from Japan and were too tired, so we said ok and went to the restaurant the next morning. The reception informed us that we just need to say our room number to the f&b staff and we shoud be good, so we did it and we went to take our own food because it is a buffet however once we take some food the f&b staff tell us our room doesn't include breakfast and the receptionist made a mistake, we told them we will pay for it because we have taken the food.
The location is near my grandma village and also my parents always stay here when they visit my grandma as well.

Indonesiaawaken by the prayer sound from nearby mosque at 3.30am in the morning (stayed not on the fasting month) the prayer sound is really loud, feels like the mosques is just by the swimming pool the housekeeping staffs did not provide fresh towels in bathroom, only provided the scrumped up towel in shape of two ducks asked the phone operator for hand and bath towels and said they did not have hand towels (time was 8pm) and only bath towels but was able to get it from the housekeeping staff when he delivered the bath towels the hotel charge extra for the room with pool view but since the swimming pool is popular (or maybe there was a big group at that time) they started using the pool since 6am and the sounds of people gigling and talking was really loud, we were on third floor lighting in the shower room is a little bit dark
plenty of outdoor area swimming pool is well maintained breakfast is excellent with many choices and delicious health protocol at the restaurat, mask is mandatory while getting food the bed is quite comfortable, water pressure is good the reservations team remembered that we were on our honeymoon trip and they sent us a delicious cake.
