Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandMain drawback was the room I was given was right beside the reception. People were in that area and talking right through until about midnight each night, folks used the front door off reception as a smoking area and then grouped on seats inside to chat... further to that, staff were working in the area from as early as 6am the following morning performing housekeeping and cleaning/laundry activities while also checking people out... I likened it to trying to sleep in a shopping centre when discussing the inconvenience with my wife. Recommend that you put a door between the reception and the hallway leading to the rooms or don't put guests in that room - it is too noisy. All that said, I think it I had have been put in a different room where I didn't have to listen to all this noise, I'd have been pretty content with my stay here.
Clean, centrally-located, friendly staff - I may have had a higher rating for this hotel if I was given a different room - further detail below.

IndonesiaAlthough, the staff in the receptionist wasn't very friendly and welcomed me weirdly. Probably because there was an issue with the breakfast which I actually paid. They finally gave free brekafast as I reserved. They didnt make a big deal out of it. So overall, it was good though. 🙂
The rooms were big and spacious. Also, the location is very strategic, near to malls and mart just a few blocks away. The price was also great for family rooms.
